Architectural and space-planning solutions

The construction of a sports ice arena building was designed to organize the educational and training process in hockey and figure skating for adults and children. The capacity of the building of the ice arena: the ice field - 50 people per shift, the strength training hall - 24 people per shift. The building is one-two-story without a basement, partly with a basement (ice arena). The volume of the ice arena in the axes A-I, 10-20; designed with a gradual deepening towards axis 20, the end of the building along axis 20 is designed with a maximum deepening of the floor of the ice arena from the planning ground level by 0,6 m. The building has a complex shape in plan, the maximum dimensions of the building in plan in the axes 98,82 x 34,30 m. The maximum height of the building from the planning ground level to the top of the parapet is 12,15 m. The ice arena is designed with an ice field measuring 58 x 28 m without stands for spectators. The height of the ice arena from the floor to the bottom of the roof structures is 6,92 m; V-Zh, 1-1 (including the strength training hall) 8 m - (to the bottom of the false ceiling), the height of the remaining rooms on the 4,20nd floor is 2 m (from the floor to the bottom of the coating). For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the clean floor of the 1st floor, partly the basement floor of the building, was taken. On the 1st floor of the building at the level of 0,000, the following are designed: a lobby with a security room, a street clothes wardrobe, a waiting room, a cash desk, bathrooms for visitors and a universal bathroom accessible to disabled visitors, four dressing rooms for athletes with showers and bathrooms, a doctor's office, a room clothes drying room, equipment rental room, skate sharpening room, ice arena room (ground floor), inventory ice arena, ITP (with a separate external entrance), switchboard room, ice filling equipment parking room (with a separate external entrance through the gate), service and maintenance and Technical buildings. On the 2nd floor of the building at the level of + 4,200, the following are designed: a methodical office, a strength training room with the possibility of transformation into a hall for choreography, an inventory room, two dressing rooms with showers and bathrooms at each dressing room, a coaching room with a shower room and a bathroom, a buffet for 20 seats (for athletes and employees), with utility and amenity premises for buffet personnel with a bathroom, administrative and service premises, bathrooms, technical premises. Premises for cleaning equipment are provided on the 1st and 2nd floors. Designed two stairwells for climbing to the 2nd floor, including one stairwell with access to the roof. It is planned to equip a buffet lift with a separate external entrance vestibule on the 1st floor. External walls - three-layer "sandwich" - panels. Socle - insulation with expanded polystyrene and facing with porcelain stoneware slabs. The metal columns of the frame protruding onto the facades of the ice arena room volume are insulated with foam plastic and lined with profiled sheets. Covering over the 2-storey part in axes B-I, 1-8 is flat, combined with an organized internal drain, water intake funnels with electric heating. Covering in axes A-I, 8-20 pitched, with an organized external drain with electric heating. The height of the parapet or metal roof fencing is provided for at least 0,6 m (with a roof height of more than 7 m). On the roof in the axes B-C, 5-7, a capacitor unit is designed and a noise barrier 3,0 m high is provided, an operated roof is designed in the area of the passage to the equipment. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Stained-glass windows - aluminum with two-chamber double-glazed windows. Finishing of the premises is provided in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises from materials that have hygienic and fire certifications of conformity for use. The project documentation provides for measures to prevent criminal manifestations, including a security room (control room) for access control in the lobby on the 1st floor. The accessibility of the building of the ice arena for the disabled has been ensured. A ramp with a slope of 8% is provided on the porch of the main entrance. Since the purpose of the ice arena is only the organization of the educational and training process in hockey and figure skating for adults and children, it provides for the reception of disabled parents on the 1st floor (waiting room, a universal sanitary unit accessible to the disabled), and accessibility of the 2nd floor of the building for disabled people invited by the administration. Equipped with a mobile caterpillar stair lift. The movement of disabled people between the first and second floors is carried out on a caterpillar lift with the help of an employee of the ice arena. A room on the 1st floor is allocated for the storage of a mobile caterpillar lift. On the 2nd floor, a fire-safe zone is designed in the stairwell in axes B-C, 3-4 outside the passage zone.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II. The indoor sports facility consists of two blocks: an indoor hockey rink and an administrative part of the building. The blocks are separated from each other by an expansion joint. The steel frame of the indoor hockey rink is a system of flat frames consisting of trusses with a diagonal lattice of variable height and columns. The spacing of the columns is 6,1x34,3 m. The girders are attached to the trusses, along which the profiled flooring is laid. The columns are designed from steel bent-welded pipes 250x6 in accordance with GOST 30245 - 2003. Farms are made of steel closed bent-welded profiles 180x140x8, 180x140x6,5, 120x6, etc. according to GOST 30245 - 2003. Runs - from channels 24U. Connections - from bent closed welded profiles in accordance with GOST 30245 - 2003. The stability of steel structures is ensured by the joint work of columns, a system of horizontal and vertical connections. The administrative and amenity part of the building is a two-story, frame. The pitch of the columns is variable, the maximum pitch is 6,6x5,6 m. The structural scheme of the block is a spatial frame consisting of columns, monolithic reinforced concrete walls of stairwells, beamless floor slabs (with hidden beams). Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 300x300 mm, reinforced with reinforcement with a diameter of 16 mm, class A400. Concrete B25. Staircase walls 200 mm thick reinforced with rebar 8 mm in diameter class A400. Monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs and beamless coatings 200 mm thick, reinforced with reinforcement with a diameter of 14 mm (hidden beams are reinforced with reinforcement with a diameter of 25 mm) class A400. Landings and marches are monolithic reinforced concrete. All structures are made of B25 class concrete and C245 steel. Spatial rigidity and overall stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of beamless floor slabs and beams with vertical monolithic elements - columns, walls of staircases. External walls made of sandwich panels ~200 mm thick. Partitions are made of aerated concrete 200 mm thick (grades D600, B3,5) and drywall on a metal frame filled with mineral wool. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the SCAD Office program. Strip and column foundations on a sand cushion with a thickness 800 mm. Concrete B25, W6, F150. Under the foundations, a concrete preparation 100 mm thick made of B7.5 concrete is provided. The draft of the building does not exceed 3,36 cm. The relative elevation of 0.00 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +199.10 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, solid loams with c=14 kPa, φ=19, E=120 kg/cm2 serve as the base of the sand cushion. Design soil resistance of the base, not less than R=2,36 kg/cm2. The pressure on the foundation soil is not more than p = 2,15 kg / cm2. The maximum level of groundwater is at a depth of 1,5÷2,0 m. Soils are not aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6, the concrete surface is protected by coating with a primer twice. The surrounding buildings are outside the zone of influence (the zone of influence is ~12 m, the surrounding buildings are at a distance of ~ 20 meters).
