The project documentation for the site provides for the construction of a building of a multifunctional sports complex for persons with disabilities. The building of the multifunctional sports complex is intended for conducting recreational and training sessions in all available sports, improving sportsmanship, athletes with disabilities, as well as for competitions at all levels of the main sports included in the programs of the Paralympic Games. The following subdivisions are designed in the building of the sports and health complex: a sports and health center, a sports complex with a swimming pool, a medical rehabilitation center and a hotel center. Building 1, 3, 7 - storey with a technical floor, without a basement and an attic. It consists of three blocks: the central 7-storey part (taking into account the intermediate technical floor) - the hotel center and two wings: a sports and fitness center and a sports complex with a swimming pool - 1, 3-storey. The building has a complex shape. The height of the 7-storey volume of the building from the planning mark to the top of the parapet is 24,90 m. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor was taken. Lobbies for athletes and separate lobbies for spectators with isolated entrances to the building are designed in the volumes of the sports and recreation center and the sports complex with a swimming pool (SOC and SKB), which makes it possible to separate the flows of people arriving at the building of a multifunctional sports complex for different purposes. In the volume of the hotel complex on the 1-3 floors, lobbies are designed, intended mainly for spectators and opening into the area of ​​the spectator stands, the congress hall of the medical rehabilitation center, the dining room and the buffet. On the 2nd floor there is a two-height congress hall, on the 4th-6th floors hotel rooms are designed. The hotel lobby and the administrator's area are located on the ground floor and have independent entrances from the street from the side of the bus parking). Hotel rooms have independent emergency exits from the building. A 2,15 m high technical floor is provided under the hotel room area. The Medical and Rehabilitation Center has a separate entrance from the side of the bus parking. For vertical communication between floors, in addition to stairwells, the building is equipped with twelve elevators. In addition, ramps, which are also evacuation routes, are provided to lift wheelchair athletes from the locker room area to the gym area (from the 1st to the 2nd floor). Premises of large dimensions (gyms and halls) are designed on the second floor, the volumes of the bowls of two pools (pool 25.0x26.15m and pool 10x6m) are located at the level of the first floor. The covering of the building is flat, combined with an organized internal drain. To prevent icing, the roof is equipped with heating cables in the areas of the roof adjacent to the trays and funnels. The roof is rolled, separate sections with a protective layer of gravel backfill and separate sections of the exploited roof with a coating of paving slabs. The height of the parapet or roof railing is at least 0,6 m. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Stained-glass windows - made of aluminum profile filled with single-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows. External finishing of facades: plinth - facing with Putilov stone, external walls - finishing from porcelain stoneware or decorative facade profiled sheet according to the ventilated facade system. The interior decoration provides for the use of materials and types of finishes in accordance with the purpose of the premises and based on sanitary and hygienic requirements, as well as fire safety requirements. The floors on the evacuation routes are finished with non-combustible materials (ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware), the floors in the sports halls are wooden with mandatory impregnation with fire retardants, the floors in the pools are "warm" - ceramic tiles. The accessibility of the sports complex and the hotel for the disabled is ensured in full, taking into account the performance at competitions and trainings of teams entirely consisting of athletes with disabilities in wheelchairs. For referees and wheelchair coaches there are rooms for undressing with a universal cabin. The accessibility of the sports complex for spectators with disabilities is provided in the amount of 5% of the total number of spectators. In the scope of the sports and recreation center and sports complex with a swimming pool (SOC and SKB), ramps, which are also evacuation routes, are designed to lift wheelchair athletes from the locker room area to the gym area (from the 1st to the 2nd floor). Accessibility and provision of services in all premises for visitors with disabilities is provided, including sports halls, premises of the medical and rehabilitation center, swimming pools, changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, hotel rooms, special places for spectators. To ensure the safe stay of disabled people, fire safety zones have been designed on the floors.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building is of a normal level of responsibility, designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures, divided by sedimentary seams into five blocks. Blocks B1, B2, B4, B5 are designed in a column-wall system with a main column spacing of 6.0x6,0 m; 12,0x12,0 m. Columns with a section of 400x400 mm, walls 200 mm thick. Floor slabs and partially covering - beamless, 250 mm thick with beams along the perimeter of the blocks with a section of 400x600 (h) mm; 400x1500 (h). Pool bowls in blocks B4, B5 - made of monolithic reinforced concrete (B25; W8; class A500C fittings) with waterproofing; wall and bottom thickness - 300 mm. Coatings of block B1: above the weightlifting hall - a slab 200 mm thick along beams with a span of 12,0 m, a section of 400x1000 (h) mm; above the playing halls - typical prefabricated reinforced concrete structures: ribbed slabs with a span of 6,0 m along gable beams with a span of 18,0 m. Coating blocks B2; B4 - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs for steel trusses with a span of 36,0 m and 42,0 m. The covering of block B5 above the pool premises is a slab 200 mm thick along the beams with a span of 12,0 m, with a section of 400x1000 (h) mm. The outer walls of blocks are made of bricks 380 mm thick, non-bearing, floor-by-floor, supported by floors with insulation. Structural scheme of block B3 - cross-wall system with columns for hanging the block from the level of the second floor. In the area of ​​the entrance to the complex, round columns with a diameter of 800 mm are provided for the device of a developed canopy. Walls - 200 thick; 300 mm; columns with a section of 400x400 mm. Floor slabs and coatings - beamless, 250 mm thick. In the ceiling above the congress hall, beams are designed - walls 300 mm thick with a slab 250 mm thick. The outer walls of the block are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation. Insulation for the outer walls of the building is part of the facade hinged system, the fastening of which to the supporting structures of the building is developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. The material of above-ground structures is concrete of class B25; fittings of class A500C. The foundations of the building are monolithic high-level reinforced concrete grillages on a pile foundation. Roof construction: blocks B1, B2, B4, B5 - a plate 250 mm thick along with cross beams with a section of 1000x1200 (h); block B3 - plate 600 mm thick. Bored piles with a diameter of 450 mm and a length of 22,1 m from the bottom of the grillage are carried out under the protection of the casing. At the base of the piles at the level of minus 18,50 there are hard sandy loams with a total deformation modulus E = 190 kg/cm2. The design load on the pile is 75 tf, based on the results of static sounding of soils. Static load tests of piles are provided. The material of underground structures is B25 class concrete; W8;F100. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of 4,30 m.
