The building is designed with basements located between axes 4-24; R-T and 50-51; V-L at elev. . In the basement of the complex between axes 4-24; R-T designed premises for engineering support of the building, between the axes 50-51; В-Н - premises for the engineering support of the building and the technical room of the pool. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken. The project documentation provides for the division of the volume of the indoor sports complex into blocks, taking into account the functional purpose: a public block, a sports block and a block for temporary residence of athletes. The public block provides accommodation: on the ground floor - a lobby with cash desks and a cloakroom, a restaurant hall, a cafe for 45 seats, an ice arena with stands, skate rental rooms with a locker room for 120 people, shops selling sporting goods, sports paraphernalia and hockey souvenirs club; on the second floor - a hall with a dressing room, a museum of a hockey club with open expositions, a restaurant for 150 seats, stands of the ice arena and VIP boxes, bathrooms for spectators, a store selling sporting goods, sports paraphernalia and souvenirs of the hockey club. Exterior finishing of the buildings of the pavilion-cloakroom, parking lot and checkpoint - porcelain stoneware.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building of the sports complex is increased. The estimated service life of the building is 100 years. The building of the sports complex is designed according to the frame structural scheme and is divided by sedimentary seams into 7 blocks (A, B, C, D, E, F, G). The structure of the ice fields is separated from the foundations of the building by sedimentary seams. The main load-bearing structures, except for the coverings of sports halls, are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. The main grids of the columns are 6x6mi8x8m. Columns of round section - with a diameter of 700 mm, square section - 500 x 500 mm. Internal and partially external walls - monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm, 250 mm, the thickness of the walls of the stairs of block A is 300 mm. Ceilings and coverings, with the exception of coverings of sports halls - beamless slabs 250 (200) mm thick with an increase of up to 600 mm in the capital zones of columns, with contour beams along the edges of the slabs. The capitals are 1,8 x 1,8 m in plan, contour beams with a section of 500 x 600 (h) mm and 500 x 800 (h) mm. Beam ceilings - with a slab thickness of 200 mm and a beam section of 500 x 800 (h) mm. To provide a cantilever overhang of the slabs along the front facade of block E, beams with a section of 500 x 800 (h) mm are arranged along the digital axes. To provide a cantilever overhang of the volume of the second floor in the roof of block A, beam-walls with a section of 300 x 3000 (h) mm are designed, to which the lower monolithic reinforced concrete beam ceiling is attached to the hangers from steel square pipes. Tribunes - monolithic reinforced concrete folded structures 160 mm thick, based on inclined reinforced concrete beams with a section of 500 x 700 (h) mm. Bearing structures of arenas and sports halls - trusses with a span of 53,0 m, 37,5 m, 24,6 m, 15,0 m. All trusses are designed from square steel pipes. The rigidity and stability of the coating is provided by a system of connections. A profiled flooring with fastening to the girders is laid along the trusses. Stair flights and platforms - from monolithic reinforced concrete. Elevator shafts - monolithic reinforced concrete with a wall thickness of 200 mm. The rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the frame, walls and ceilings, rigidly connected to each other and to the foundation. Partitions - brick, plasterboard and glass-magnesite (SML). The material of above-ground structures is concrete of class B25; fittings of class A500C; steel class C245. External walls - non-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete, prefabricated sandwich panels and stained glass windows. A hinged façade system was designed as an exterior finish, which is being developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. A steel fachwerk is provided for fastening sandwich panels and a hinged facade system. The foundation of the building of the sports complex is piled, united by a monolithic reinforced concrete grillage slab with a thickness of 300 mm and 1000 mm in the areas of pile bushes. The slab of ice fields - monolithic reinforced concrete, beam type - is designed on a pile foundation. The thickness of the slab is 250 mm, the section of the cross beams is 1000 x 1000 mm. Piles - bored with a diameter of 520 mm, 18-20 m long - are made using the Fundex technology. The design load on the pile is taken from 70 tons to 150 tons in accordance with the results of static sounding. Static load testing of piles and, if necessary, adjustment of the pile field are provided. Piles material - concrete B25; W8; F100 on sulfate-resistant Portland cement. The material of the grillage of the building and the slab of the ice field is concrete of class B25; W8; F150, class A500C fittings. The calculation of building blocks A, B and C was performed using the Lira CAD 2012 software package. The rest of the blocks have a similar structural system, the spans of floor slabs and coatings are simpler from a structural point of view, their calculation is referred to the stage of working documentation. In accordance with SP 52-103-2007, reduction factors have been introduced for the initial modulus of elasticity of concrete. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 7.60. The absolute mark of the land layout near the building of the sports complex is 7.45-7.60. In accordance with the report on engineering-geological surveys, at the tip of the piles at absolute elevations from minus 10.00 to minus 13.00, dusty dense sands with a deformation modulus of 390 kg/cm270 and dusty sandy loamy solids with a deformation modulus of 2 kg/cmXNUMX occur. The expected maximum settlement of the pile foundation of the sports complex building is 3,9 cm. Constructive solutions of the pavilion - locker rooms; checkpoints (checkpoint 1; checkpoint 4); covered car park. The buildings belong to the III level of responsibility and are designed as one-story, steel structures according to the frame structural scheme. Grid of columns: pavilion - 3,3 x 3.15 m; covered car park - 3,2 x 4,0 m. The rigidity and stability of buildings is ensured in the longitudinal direction by vertical ties, in the transverse direction - by rigid junctions of columns and beams and by pinching the columns on the support; The rigidity of the coating disc is ensured by fastening the profiled flooring to the girders. External walls of buildings - hinged sandwich panels 150 mm thick. Foundations of buildings - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick; 250 mm (pavilion) of shallow laying on a compacted sand pad. The thickness of the sand cushion is 1,5 m. A 100 mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the slab. Pavilion construction material; checkpoint; covered car park - B25 class concrete; W8; F150; fittings of class A500; steel class C245. The relative mark 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark: pavilion - dressing room - 7.60; KPP-1 - 6.70; Checkpoint-4 - 7.00; covered car park - 6.75 m. The underground drinking water tank is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. B25 class concrete; W8; F100, class 500C fittings. The bottom slab is 600 mm thick, the ceiling is a beam slab 250 mm thick. Longitudinal and transverse beams - with a section of 500 x 600 (h) mm. Column - section 500 x 500 mm, outer walls - 400 mm thick with pilasters section 400 x 600 mm (taking into account the thickness of the wall). The tank is covered with a layer of soil 800 mm. From the outside, waterproofing of all surfaces of the tank, insulation in the freezing zone is provided. The internal surfaces of the tank structures are treated with a penetrating compound. The stability of an unfilled tank against ascent is confirmed by calculation.
