Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation provides for the construction of a building for a children's and youth sports school (DYuSSh), located on a land plot inside a new residential area. The building of the Youth Sports School is of different heights, with a basement under a part of the building, without an attic, with a complex broken-curvilinear outline in plan, with maximum dimensions in the extreme axes of 105,30 m and 87,00 m. parts of the building into a single volume with different configurations and coverage marks; from the side of the facade of the ice arena, a one-story extension was designed. The building is designed with the following block zones: reception and vestibule group of premises; arena area with artificial ice; pool area;  gym area; medical rehabilitation center; ancillary facilities, including a cafeteria with associated facilities; technical premises for the entire facility. In the basement, utility and amenity rooms for personnel, technical rooms for swimming pools and water treatment, engineering communications are designed. On the ground floor, there are: cafeteria premises, an ice arena with amenity and auxiliary premises, a 6-lane swimming pool with amenity and ancillary premises, a children's pool with amenity and ancillary premises, a universal sports hall with stands and amenity and ancillary premises, administrative premises. On the second floor, the following are designed: the stands of the ice arena, the stands of the pool, a gym, an acrobatic hall, a choreography hall, amenity and auxiliary rooms of the halls, methodological rooms, and administrative premises. The premises of the medical rehabilitation center are designed on the third floor. On each floor, rooms for common communications are designed: stairwells, elevators, latrines, cleaning equipment rooms, corridors, recreations, halls. The height of the basement floor is designed to be 3,00 m. The height of the first floor is 4,50 m. The height of the second floor is 3,00 m. The height of the rooms on the third floor is 4,5 m to the bottom of the floor slabs. The height of the pool room for 6 lanes is variable, with the lowest height to the bottom of the protruding load-bearing structures of the coating (trusses) - 7,10 m. The height of the children's pool room is 4,30 m to the bottom of the floor slabs. The height of the premises of the universal sports hall is variable, with the lowest height to the bottom of the protruding load-bearing structures of the coating (trusses) 12,50 m. The height of the ice arena premises is variable, with the lowest height to the bottom of the protruding load-bearing structures of the coating (trusses) 9,00 m. The height of the premises of the hall of preparatory classes is 7,90 m to the bottom of the floor slabs. The height of the two-height gym room is 12,60 m to the bottom of the protruding load-bearing elements of the coating. The height of the two-height halls of choreography and acrobatics - 7,90 m. The height of the premises of a one-story extension to the ice arena is 4,30 m to the bottom of the floor slabs. The maximum height of the vertical plane of the facade from the planning ground level (minus 0,150 m) to the top of the building parapet is 16,09 m. The maximum height from the planning ground level (minus 0,150 m) to the highest point of the building is 17,68 m. For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the clean floor of the first floor of the building is taken. For communication between floors and evacuation from the building, 4 stairwells of type L1 and 2 stairwells of type H2 (with air overpressure in case of fire) were designed. Staircases have exits to the territory adjacent to the building directly or through the vestibule, separated from the corridors by doors. From each staircase exits to the roof are provided. Designed were metal fire escapes on the height differences of the roof and 3 metal external stairs to the roof. There are designed exits from the basement floor, separated from the common stairwells of the building and leading directly to the outside. The building of the Youth Sports School is equipped with 3 elevators with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg. Partitions - made of solid ceramic bricks and frame plasterboard with filling voids with mineral wool slabs. Door blocks - metal, metal-plastic and wooden; according to GOSTs and individual production; in fire-fighting and conventional versions; glazed and deaf. Window blocks are made of PVC profile with double or single-chamber double-glazed windows and with a micro-ventilation system. Stained-glass windows of the central entrance group and recreation areas - an aluminum stained-glass system filled with double-glazed windows. Skylights - aluminum profiles filled with double-glazed windows. Peaks - roofing profiled steel sheet with a polymer coating. Coating - flat combined insulated and gable combined insulated. Roofing - from rolled materials, separate sections - with a protective layer of concrete tiles, acid-resistant tiles. The drain is internal. For the decoration of the premises of the main purpose, the walls and ceilings are painted with acrylate paints. In places of installation of sinks - a panel of ceramic tiles. Walls in rooms with damp and wet conditions of operation are lined with ceramic tiles for the entire height of the room. In the decoration of auxiliary, service and technical premises, painting of ceilings and walls with water-based paints is provided. Floor covering - TZI linoleum, ceramic granite, ceramic tiles, rolled sports flooring, parquet, laminate, concrete. On the 1st floor in a number of rooms of the pool block - heated floors. Ceilings - water-based paint. Suspended ceilings - according to the "Ultima-Armstrong" type. Suspended rack ceiling type: "Lautex". Suspended acoustic ceilings - plates "KNAUF-Acoustics". Acoustic wall panels - plates "KNAUF-Acoustics". False ceilings - from sheets of plasterboard or slatted. The exterior finish of the building includes ceramic granite tiles - dark blue with a wood-like surface texture. Bindings of windows and stained-glass windows are gray. The building is made with a one-level basement height, which is faced with artificial stone. Measures are envisaged to ensure the accessibility of buildings and structures for the disabled and low mobility groups of the population. The entrances to the vestibules of the vestibule are designed from the planning mark. There are visors above the entrances. The depth of the entrance vestibules is designed to be at least 1,80 m, the width is not less than 2,20 m. The width of the corridor is assumed to be at least 1,80 m. The coating on the paths of movement is solid, non-slip. Entrance doors, tambour doors and on evacuation routes - not less than 0,9 m and are equipped with an automatic closing delay system. Door leafs have impact-resistant transparent filling or protective grilles, along the bottom of the door leaf there is a shock-resistant strip. Doorways do not have thresholds, the floor height difference in the entrance and vestibule door openings is no more than 0,025 m. Floor areas and transparent door panels - with contrasting markings. The elevator is designed with cabin dimensions in terms of at least 1100x2100 and with a door width of at least 0,9 m. Bathrooms with specially equipped cabins are provided on each floor. Bathrooms and showers at the pools and gyms are designed to meet the needs of the disabled. There are places for spectators in wheelchairs. The slopes of footpaths and sidewalks do not exceed 5% in the longitudinal direction and 1% - 2% in the transverse direction. Parts of sidewalks with a lowered curb are designed, the height of the side stone at the height difference does not exceed 0,04 m. For personal vehicles of the disabled, places are reserved in the open parking lot.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II. The building was designed according to the frame-and-braced structural scheme in steel structures, steel C345, C245, C235. The building is multi-storey, of complex configuration, with a plan size of 105,3 x 87,0 m. The load-bearing frames of the one-story halls of the building consist of steel columns and trusses with a span of 42,0 and 27,0 m. The support of the trusses on the columns is hinged, the columns on the foundations are rigid. The columns and floor beams are designed from rolled steel I-beams, the main grid of the columns is 6,0 x 6,0 m. Roof trusses covering one-story halls of the building - from pipes of rectangular and square sections. Covering of one-story halls - from profiled flooring on steel girders. The covering of the one-story extension is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The ceilings of the whatnots and the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete 100 mm thick from concrete of class B 20, F 50 on steel beams. To reduce the effect of temperature-shrinkage deformations of reinforced concrete floors on the forces in the elements of the building frame, expansion joints are provided in the floors. Basement walls - monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 300, 450 mm from concrete of class B 20, F 100, W6. The outer walls of the basement - with insulation of the underground part with foam plastic, the above-ground part - with mineral wool slabs, lined with natural or artificial stone. External non-bearing walls - from sandwich panels 150 mm thick. The walls of the elevator shafts and parts of the staircases are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete of class B 20, F 50. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers. The overall rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the frame frames, vertical ties between columns, horizontal ties of the roof and hard disks of monolithic reinforced concrete floors. The structures of the stands are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete steps with a thickness of 80 ÷ 100 mm made of class B20 concrete on a frame of rolled steel profiles. Pool structures - monolithic reinforced concrete bowls made of B25, W6 class concrete, based on monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a step of 2,0 m. The thickness of the walls and bottom is 200 mm. The project provides for internal waterproofing of the pool bowl. The calculation of the steel structures of the building frame was carried out using the SCAD and AURORA computer complex. The calculation of the foundations was carried out using the calculation program "Foundation". The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 13.65. The foundations are designed on a natural basis, under the karka columns
