The building is rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes of 24,0 x 30,0 (m), the height of the building from the ground level to the top of the parapet (12,16) m, to the roof of the ventilation chamber - 15,89 m. The building has two stairwells (one of them - up to the level of the second - floor, the second for climbing to the roof and into the ventilation chamber) and a lifting table for moving cars to the second floor. The ventilation chamber room is designed at the exit point of the staircase near the E axis to the roof. An evacuation fire escape of the 3rd type from the second floor is provided on the facade of the building along axis 1. On the ground floor there are rooms for staff, office space for processing transactions, accounting and a control room. An exhibition hall is located on the second floor. The main façade, oriented towards the Revolution Highway, is designed with continuous glazing. The main entrance for visitors is provided from the side of the main facade of the building. The canopy above the entrance is made of tempered glass suspended on metal cables. Floors in all rooms (except for the ventilation chamber): trading floors, san. nodes, staff room, haz room. inventory, switchboard, - are provided from ceramic tiles. In the ventilation chamber there is a concrete floor with an iron surface. In office premises and in other premises with a permanent stay of personnel, flooring is carried out on a warm basis. The walls in the sanitary facilities and the household equipment room are lined with ceramic tiles to a height of 2,1 m. In all other rooms, the walls are painted with water-based paint. Service station (SRT). The service station building provides for pre-sale preparation, repair and maintenance of vehicles under warranty. The building is rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes 58,0x22,0 (m), the height of the building from the ground level to the parapet is 13,06 m, to the roof of the ventilation chamber and the boiler room - 15,89 m. On the first floor of the service station building, the following are designed: a maintenance room, order reception rooms, two car washes, an auto electrics shop, and auxiliary rooms. On the second floor there is a cafe with a pre-cooking workshop and office space. On the third floor - office space. A roof gas boiler room and a ventilation chamber are designed on the roof of the building. Three staircases are designed from the side of the facade along the D axis. Two of them are provided up to the technical floor with access to the roof, ventilation chambers, collector and gas boiler room. The height of the first floor to the false ceiling is 4,4 m, from floor to floor of the second floor is 5,15 m, the height of the second and third floors is 3,3 m each. Interior decoration and floor structures are adopted in accordance with the purpose of the premises. In office premises and in other premises with a permanent stay of personnel, the flooring is on a warm basis.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the autocenter building is II. The structural scheme of the building is frame. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete, section 400x400 (mm). The main step of the columns is 6x12m. The columns are designed from B25 class concrete. Within the stairwell, which has access to the roof, the columns are designed from a metal square pipe 120x5 in accordance with GOST 30245-2003. Beams - monolithic reinforced concrete, section 700x400 (mm) and 400x400 (mm) from B25 class concrete. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 180 mm thick made of B25 concrete. Covering - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 160 mm thick made of B25 concrete. External walls - hinged sandwich panels 150mm thick. The outer walls are attached to the load-bearing structures using self-tapping screws. Internal walls and partitions - from aerated concrete 300 mm thick and tongue-and-groove gypsum boards 80 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of rigidly interconnected columns, floors, roofs, foundation slabs and monolithic flights of stairs. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the SCAD Office program (version 11.1). The foundations are taken in the form of a ribbed slab of monolithic reinforced concrete on a sand cushion. The thickness of the foundation plate is 300mm, the height of the ribs is 300mm. Foundation concrete B25, W6, F100. Under the foundation, concrete preparation with a thickness of 100mm is provided along a sand cushion with a thickness of 1500÷3000mm. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +5.58m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the sand cushion is silty plastic, layered, gray sandy loam with E = 90 kg/cm2. Estimated soil resistance R=2,0kg/cm2. The pressure on the foundation soil does not exceed P=0,35kg/cm2. The maximum groundwater level is at a depth of 0,5÷0,8m. Groundwater is slightly aggressive to concrete of normal permeability in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6, the concrete surface is protected by coating with bituminous mastic twice. The expected average draft of the building is not more than ~ 2,6 cm. Service station (SRT). Building responsibility level – II. The structural scheme of the building is frame. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete, section 400x400 (mm).
