Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation provides for the construction of an IVECO car service station. The building is one-story, with a two-story insert, an attached spare parts warehouse, an attached compressor room and a built-in boiler room. The building is complex in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 60,20x27,22 m. For a conditional mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor of the building is taken, which corresponds to an absolute mark of 29.25. The maximum height of the building from the planning level of the ground to the roof ridge is 7,93 m. In the building at the level of 0,000, the following are designed: a repair site, a warehouse for special tools, a warehouse for spare parts, a compressor room, a boiler room, a meeting room, and bathrooms. In the insert at the level +2,950, the following are designed: a rest room, an archive. The height of the repair area from the floor level to the bottom of the protruding structures - 5,70 m, the height of the warehouse - variable: 2,97 - 2,53 m, the height of the boiler room - 3,24 m, the height of the compressor room - variable: 3,00 - 2,50 m, the height of the premises of the first floor of the insert is 2,74 m, the height of the premises of the second floor of the insert is 2,24 m. For access to the second floor of the insert, an internal open metal staircase is designed. Access to the roof is provided by an external vertical metal ladder type P1. External walls - brick and sandwich panels. Coating - pitched combined, from galvanized steel profiled flooring with insulation. Roof - from the steel pro-thinned-out sheets. Drainage - external, organized. Glazing - tape, filling window openings - from a metal-plastic profile with double-glazed windows. Internal walls and partitions, depending on the purpose of the premises, are designed from hollow bricks, gypsum plasterboard and gypsum plasterboard on a metal frame, reinforced concrete. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. For MGN at this enterprise, accessibility to the administrative and amenity building is provided (there are no administrative premises in the designed service station). 

Structural and space-planning solutions

 The level of responsibility of the structure is II (normal). The structure consists of two parts separated by a deformation-sedimentary seam. Structural scheme - a complete braced frame made of steel structures. Repair area. The frame columns are designed with a step of 4,0x17,8 m from I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93 from steel C245. The junction of the columns with the foundation is decided as rigid. The structure of the roof is made up of trapezoidal truss trusses. The truss pitch is 4,0, the span is 17,8. The spatial invariability of the pavement disc is ensured by fastening the profiled flooring to the trusses and the system of ties and braces along the lower and upper chords of the trusses. External enclosing walls - hinged, made of sandwich panels, 150 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building frame is ensured by the joint work of the transverse frames, vertical connections between the columns and the hard disk of the coating. The spatial calculation of the building frame was carried out in the 8CAB 11.3 software package. The maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 7,8 mm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The foundations for the frame columns are taken on a natural basis as free-standing columnar monolithic reinforced concrete from concrete of class B25, U16, P50. The foundations are arranged according to concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm from concrete of class B7.5. The maximum draft is 8.9 mm, the relative difference of the draft is 0,0022, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The design soil resistance of the base under the base of the foundation is 1,74 kg/cm2. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundations are EGE-3 soils - silty sands, of medium density, with interlayers of sandy loam and EGE-XNUMX - plastic sandy loam. EGE-2 has the following characteristics: rp=2,0 t/m3; e=0.650; fp=30°; cn \u0,03d 2 kg / cm "; 3 80 E \uXNUMXd TXNUMX kg / cm. The junction of the columns with the foundation is decided as rigid. Beams - metal, pivotally supported on columns, from channels according to GOST 8240-89 from steel C245. The coating is designed from profiled flooring in accordance with GOST 24045-94, which is attached to the purlins in each corrugation and ensures the rigidity of the coating disk. External enclosing walls - hinged from a sandwich panels, 150 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building frame is ensured by the joint work of columns, vertical ties and the covering disk. The spatial calculation of the building frame was carried out in the 8CAB 11.3 software package. The maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 8,2 mm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The foundations are an unburied monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick made of concrete of class B25, U^b, P50. The foundations are arranged according to concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm from concrete of class B7.5. Under the foundation slab, an artificial base is arranged instead of fully selected bulk soils. Estimated soil resistance of the base K = 2,32 kg / cm .

Technological solutions

The station is intended for maintenance of IVECO commercial vehicles of Stralis (60%) and Daily (40%) brands. The scope of maintenance includes: changing the oil and oil filters, repairing engines and gearboxes. Station operation mode: year-round - 365 days, in one shift lasting 12 hours. The number of employees at the station is 33 people, including 25 production people. Working per shift - 14 people. Production, composition of equipment, number of employees at the service station are provided in accordance with the annual production program for car maintenance: engine oil change - 780 cars / year, including: IVECO Stralis - 468 cars / year, and IVECO Daily - 312 cars / year; transmission oil change - 1248 cars/year, including: IVECO Stralis - 749 cars/year, IVECO Daily - 499 cars/year; replacement of oil filters - 351 cars / year, including: 1UECO Stralis - 211 cars / year, IVECO Daily - 140 cars / year; engine repair - 780 cars / year, including: IVECO Stralis - 468 cars / year, IVECO Daily - 312 cars / year. A repair site for 9 working posts is provided in a one-story building with two gates for the entry and exit of vehicles. A warehouse of spare parts and components for repaired vehicles, special tools and devices is designed. 9 working posts were designed: one on the inspection ditch and eight posts equipped with two electro-hydraulic platform lifts and one set of four mobile stands. The production site is equipped with an overhead electric single-girder overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 2,0 tons. A specialized site of the production workshop provides for the storage of a five-day supply of fuels and lubricants, including engine oil - two barrels of 200 liters. - 0,4 m; gear oil - two barrels of 200 l - 0,25 m used motor oil - 2 barrels; used gear oil - 1 barrel.  In addition, provision is made for temporary storage of used filters in a specialized container with a capacity of 0,25 m2002 and a degreasing agent "Formula-100" - XNUMX liters; In accordance with the calculation performed according to SP 12.13130.2009 for explosion and fire hazard, the repair site is classified as B2.
