Architectural and space-planning solutions

Reconstructed boiler room for the placement of a central heating point intended for heat supply to residential and office buildings. The project documentation provides for the technical re-equipment of the former boiler house into a central heating point and an individual heating point of a residential building. The boiler house was located on the first floor of an existing two-story building. On the area of ​​the boiler house, the premises of the central heating point, the individual heating point of a residential building and a diesel generator room were designed. The operation of the central heating and heating substation of a residential building is provided in an automated mode without the constant presence of maintenance personnel. The scope of technical re-equipment includes: replacement of technological equipment; dismantling of the existing partition of the former boiler house; erection of brick walls; dismantling of the existing floor and installation of a new floor with a polymer coating; arrangement of stairs; arrangement of a doorway in place of a window; arrangement of a ventilation opening with a louvered grille; replacement of the door unit and louvres; replacement of the existing canopy over the entrance and installation of a new one over the new doorway; arrangement of platforms in front of the entrances to the premises; plastering and painting of interior walls; ceiling painting.

The laying of the heating network is provided for underground channelless and above-ground (in the basements of buildings), using pipes made of woven Isoflex-A PE-X polyethylene in PPU insulation and steel electric-welded longitudinal pipes in accordance with GOST 10704-91 (when laying in the technical undergrounds of buildings). To receive thermal energy, adjust the parameters of the coolant and supply heat to consumers, a device is provided in the building of the boiler room of the central heating unit (CHP) with circulation pumps from Wilo with frequency regulation. Connection of heating systems according to an open circuit with a control 2-way valve that ensures the temperature of the heat carrier of the heating system in accordance with the outdoor temperature. Estimated values ​​of temperature of heating systems - Т1.1./Т2.1=95-70°С. It is planned to equip heat supply systems with a set of shut-off and control and safety valves, as well as heat metering units based on a PREM-32 heat meter with a heat meter from NPF Teplocom. Water supply (cold water) for consumers of the facility, in accordance with the specifications, is not provided. External fire extinguishing is provided from a fire hydrant located in the existing well N 42a. Water consumption for external fire extinguishing - 10 l / s. Removal of domestic wastewater in the amount of 0,39 m3/day. provided for the designed outlets DN = 100 mm. Effluent from the technological outlet of the central heating building is fed into the existing well No. 44b of the yard combined sewerage system with a diameter of 250 mm. The design solutions for the re-equipment of the boiler house do not affect the existing storm water drainage system, storm water is directed to the existing storm water well No. 48a. In accordance with the technical conditions for power supply, the power allowed for connection is 15 kW according to the III category of reliability. Power source - PS 140 (f.140-302). The point of connection to the network is RU-0,38 kV TP 5311. Required category of power supply of electrical receivers of the central heating point -I, II. As a second source of power supply, in accordance with the terms of reference, a stationary diesel generator set SDMO J22 Nexys Silent with a capacity of 16 kW is provided. Redundant power supply of the automatic control and dispatching system is provided from an independent UPS source (battery - 1,0 kVA). The power supply scheme adopted in the design documentation does not meet the requirements for the reliability of power supply to consumers of the designed facility in accordance with clauses 1.2.19, 1.2.20 of the EMP, however, it was approved by the Committee for Energy and Engineering. The estimated load of the central heating point is 15 kW. For connection to RU-0,38kV TP 5311, a supply cable of the ApvBbShp-1kV brand with a cross section of 4x35 mm2 is provided. The cable cross section was checked for long-term permissible load, voltage loss, the condition for disconnecting the damaged section at a single-phase short-circuit current. Laying the supply cable - in the ground, in a trench, at a depth of 0,7 m. Asbestos-cement pipes are provided to protect the cable at the intersection with utilities. Throughout the route, mechanical protection of the cable is provided by laying clay bricks. For the distribution of electricity and the protection of electrical networks, a sectional switchboard SHR for 2 inputs with an automatic backup device for inputs (AVR) is provided. The main consumers of electric power of the central heating substation are: electrical receivers of process equipment, circulation pumps, heating circuit pumps, booster pumps, working and emergency lighting, fire and security alarm devices, automatic fire extinguishing, gas contamination alarms. The provision of an uninterruptible power supply system for electrical receivers of category 1 (emergency lighting, fire protection system, dispatching devices, metering devices, gas alarm devices) is provided from a UPS battery. To account for the electricity consumed at the inputs to the ShchR and D-G, electronic meters of direct connection "Mercury 230" are provided. For the installation of distribution and group networks, a cable of the VVGng brand is provided, which does not spread combustion. For working lighting of industrial premises of the central heating point, luminaires with fluorescent lamps - ARCTIC 2x36 W are provided, for emergency lighting - luminaires in explosion-proof design Pointer-NI, 2x11V. Repair lighting is provided with the help of portable lamps with a voltage of 12 V, connected through a step-down transformer. To illuminate the territory, a lamp is installed on the facade of the building. Grounding of the central heating point - an external grounding loop with a resistance of the grounding device of not more than 4 ohms. Ground loop - horizontal ground electrode (steel strip 40x4). Security system - TN-CS, with a device at the input for re-grounding the neutral conductor and the main potential equalization system. Protective grounding of electrical equipment is provided by independent wires from the ShchR shield together with the supply networks. A potential equalization system is provided by combining conductive parts, steel pipes of building communications, metal parts of building structures, lightning protection on the main ground bus (GZSH). The PE bus of the SHR input shield was adopted as the GZSH. Grounding of the DGU - connection to the grounding conductor of the central heating station with a wire PV3 1x10. For telephone installation and organization of data transfer, in accordance with the contract, cable laying of the brand PRPPM 2x0,8 is provided. To organize communication channels for data transmission to the CDP, it is planned to install a Mikrotik RB450G router, which provides automatic switching of communication channels with priority to the main one, equipment for organizing: the main channel - a GSM modem, the backup one - an ADSL modem. For the installation of automation and dispatching systems of the central heating substation, it is planned to install a control panel based on the CX1010-0011 controller, a control unit based on the CX1010-0111 controller from Beckhoff. The transmission of the following information is provided: signals of emergency situations in the technological part, signals of gas contamination, security and fire alarms, operating parameters of the central heating substation. For a security alarm device that provides protection in two frontiers, the installation of the Matrix 832 control panel, Photon-111, RX-40QZ and IO 102-20 B2P security detectors is provided. To transmit a signal to the monitoring station, it is planned to install signal transmission equipment at the central monitoring station APU Arkan SP 2.06. The heat carrier in the heating system is water with a temperature of 95-70°C. For heating the diesel generator room, it is planned to install a steel panel radiator with a thermostat. The device provides for the installation of shut-off and control valves. The heating of the central heating station is designed to maintain a temperature not lower than +5 ° C and is solved at the expense of heat gains from process equipment and pipelines. On the instructions of the customer, the installation of wall-mounted electric convectors is provided to prevent a decrease in the normalized temperature in the premises of the central heating and diesel generator in the event of an emergency cessation of heat supply. For the installation of the heating system, steel water-gas-wire pipes were selected according to GOST 3262-75. The supply and exhaust general ventilation with natural induction is provided in the central heating room, designed for a single multiple air exchange (taking into account the air flow required to assimilate heat surpluses coming from pipelines and equipment of the central heating substation). Air inflow is designed through a louvered grille in external enclosures, air removal - through a deflector. In the diesel generator room, supply and exhaust general exchange natural ventilation is provided for a single air exchange (air inflow is designed through a louvered grille in external fences, air removal - through a deflector). Removal of excess heat from the diesel generator is provided (inflow and removal of air through grilles in external enclosures). Measures for noise suppression and fire protection are provided.
