Technical solutions

The central heating center is equipped with modern thermal and mechanical equipment and valves, namely: Wilo pumps, VFG2 control valves from DANFOSS, Vexve steel ball valves, BASIC nickel-plated ball valves, ferromagnetic filters, check valves, balancing valves from "Tecofi", safety valves OR.1831. To ensure the required temperature at the outlet of the CHP, a mixing unit is provided with regulation of the supply network water by a two-way valve from Sauter. Pumps K1 provide circulation and the necessary differential at the consumer. To reduce heat losses and meet safety requirements, thermal insulation of surfaces with temperatures above 40 °C is provided. Universal flexible insulation based on synthetic rubber, brand Armaflex, was adopted as the main heat-insulating material.

Architectural and building solutions

The CTP building consists of two attached premises, a rectangular central heating room with dimensions of 7,0 x 3,2 m and a diesel generator room with dimensions of 3,7 x 3,2 m. The height of the building to the top of the roof ridge is 3,34 m . The smoke flue from the diesel generator set is mounted along the facade of a residential building and is led out 1,5 m above the roof. The frame of the central heating building is made of steel structures. The fire resistance of the building structures of the building is ensured by a set of measures for fire protection (OK.04.11 / ST-OZ), which includes coating with fire-retardant material "Krauz-R".
