Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities

The power supply of the outdoor lighting system of the territory adjacent to the facility is designed from a new power point (TP 65, Rrazr = 3 kW) of the ShRU-400 type through the projected metering board of the ShKU-400 type, and from the existing power point (TP 211), in accordance with the technical conditions. Power supply reliability category – III. Electricity consumers are outdoor LED lamps of the type SSU 06 36-655 (11 pcs.), STU 05 24-655 (5 pcs.), STU 06 36-655 (4 pcs.), SKU 01 24-655 (7 pcs.). ). The designed capacity of the power point is 1,014 kVA, the power point has been increased to 2,855 kVA. Fixtures are to be installed on new metal poles of type 4T.27.3.15 (11 pcs.), 1T01.2.0 (5 pcs.) and OGK-8 (1 pc.). Laying the supply cable PvBShv 4x50 (63 m), PvVG 4x16 (1285 m), 4x10 (56 m) - in the ground.

Measures for environmental protection

The site intended for designing is located outside the specially protected natural areas of the city, partly within the boundaries of the territory of the cultural heritage site. Work on the reconstruction of outdoor lighting will be carried out in the water protection zone of the river. According to the act of surveying the conservation (demolition) of green spaces and the calculation of their replacement cost of the USPH dated 07.06.2013/XNUMX/XNUMX and the materials of the project documentation, the demolition of tall green spaces is not expected. Carrying out work on the reconstruction of outdoor lighting of the territory does not contradict the regime of permissible economic activity in the territory of public green spaces, because are works carried out in order to improve these territories. Disturbed landscaping, incl. lawn, upon completion of construction is fully restored. To prevent damage to existing green spaces growing near the work area, manual excavation is envisaged, and traffic is only along existing driveways. The object under consideration is not a source of atmospheric air pollution during the period of operation. When assessing air pollution during the construction period, emissions from construction and road equipment, and a gas generator were taken into account. According to the assessment of the level of air pollution created by pollutant emissions during work, the maximum surface concentrations of all pollutants meet the criteria for atmospheric air quality in populated areas at design points, incl. in the territories of zones of increased sanitary protection. Measures to reduce emissions into the atmosphere in the course of work include: centralized supply of materials; earthworks by hand; use of equipment with adjusted fuel equipment; prohibition of parking of equipment with the engine running during periods of forced downtime and interruptions in work. Measures for the protection of the water basin, underground and surface waters provide for: control over the performance of work in strict accordance with the design documentation and the use of technically sound equipment and mechanisms, the organization and arrangement of construction waste accumulation sites (outside the boundaries of the water protection zone), the use of serviceable equipment. the movement and parking of vehicles and construction equipment are provided for using existing driveways and hard-surfaced areas; construction area fencing. Design solutions for the organization of construction ensure compliance with the regime of economic activity in water protection zones and prevent the possibility of a negative impact on aquatic biological resources and their habitat. The amount of waste of IV-V environmental hazard classes (ES) during the reconstruction period will be 970,819 t / period (545,883 m3 / period), including soil formed during excavation of V hazard class for environmental protection - 841,5 t / period (467,5 m3/period). The hazard class of waste in the form of soil is confirmed by calculation and experimental methods. For the period of reconstruction, the construction waste management system is determined by the Technological Regulations for the management of construction waste. During the period of reconstruction of the facility, the list and amount of waste generated are subject to clarification. The project documentation provides for measures to organize the collection and temporary accumulation of construction waste at specially equipped sites in compliance with the requirements for ensuring environmental safety. Waste removal is provided for specialized, incl. licensed enterprises for the use, neutralization and disposal of waste.

Organization of construction

The construction organization project provides for the reconstruction of outdoor lighting in the area adjacent to the facility. The construction master plan was developed on a scale of 1:500 for the construction period, taking into account the work of the preparatory period. Temporary solid fencing of the construction site is provided in accordance with the requirement of GOST 23407-78. Entrances and exits of vehicles and construction equipment to the construction site are provided from the side of the passage. At the exit from the construction site, an installation for cleaning the wheels of vehicles is provided. Intra-site passages are provided for on existing pavements. Laying of cable lines is planned to be carried out in an open way using sparing methods. The mechanization of construction works is complex, using mechanisms, such as: drilling and crane machine; truck crane; telescopic tower. The work will be carried out in two shifts. Materials are stored at the construction site with the minimum required stock. Provision of construction materials is provided from the enterprises of the city's construction industry. Household premises of builders, with a maximum number of employees of 23 people, are planned to be placed in specially equipped vehicles and on the basis of a contractor. The total duration of construction, taking into account the work of the preparatory period, is 3 months. Construction waste generated during construction is removed by a specialized organization to a licensed solid waste landfill. The requirements for the organization of the construction site, labor protection and hygiene of construction work, methods of construction work, methods of instrumental quality control of construction, labor safety measures, and environmental conditions are met in full. The use of materials and mechanization specified in the project is justified by calculations and conditions for the production of work.
