General information.

The building is complex in plan, symmetrical in shape. Overall dimensions in plan are 59,7 x 43,8 m, 3-4 floors with a basement under the entire building. The building was built according to the standard design of MNIITEP V-92 series. Structural design: a fully prefabricated building made of reinforced concrete elements. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical stiffening diaphragms and floor discs. External walls are made of expanded clay concrete panels 400-500 mm thick. The foundation is reinforced concrete strip, the roof is flat, roll, internal drainage. Floor heights are 2,9 m, 6,1 m. The relative elevation of 0.000 m corresponds to the absolute elevation of 14.620 m. The foundation of the building is reinforced concrete strip, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements in accordance with GOST 13580-85, GOST 13579-78 and RS 1251 additional. 1. At the bottom level of -3.580 m, a strip reinforced concrete grillage is made, on which a column support and foundation blocks of the FBS type are installed. The holes for engineering and technological communications are made in the factory. The inspection was carried out from the inside of the basement of the building and in the pits. During the excavation of pits, the groundwater level is not revealed. Filling is reinforced concrete with aggregate on gravel. The load-bearing structures are internal panels made of heavy concrete and external expanded clay concrete panels on which the floor slabs rest. Panels of internal walls - 2-console, single-console, T-shaped (second light of the halls), made according to the standard design V-92 - 7RS 31101-86, 7RS 31101 additional. 1, 7RS 31105-86, 7RS 31105 add. 1, 7RS 17108, 7RS 17108 add. 1, 7RS 31102 add. 2, 7RS 31102-87, 140 mm thick. The enclosing structures are expanded clay concrete panels with a thickness of 400-500 mm, made according to the standard series of the Moscow catalog for wall and strip hinged panels, three-layer with the outer surface facing with factory-made ceramic tiles, made according to the standard design V-92 - 7RS 41121 additional. 1-86, 7RS 41121-87, 7RS 41121 add. 2, 7RS 41121 add. 1-88, 7RS 17107, 7RS 17107 add. 2. Reinforced concrete columns with a cantilever, in axes “E-K” m/o “10-9´” and in axes “E-K” m/o “2´-1”, square section 0,4x0,4 m with single-story section, made according to the standard design V-92 - RS 2261-86. Large-sized reinforced concrete partitions, one floor high, 140 mm thick. Plasterboard on a metal frame. All window openings on the first floor are protected by metal grilles. Infill Internal panels are heavy concrete reinforced with gravel infill. External panels - expanded clay concrete reinforced with gravel filler, insulation - polystyrene foam PSB grade 25. External and internal decoration of walls, columns. External walls are plastered, painted and lined with factory-made ceramic tiles. The basement part is lined with factory-made ceramic tiles. The inner surface of the walls is plastered and whitewashed (painted).
