General information.

The building is two-story with a basement. The designed object in plan has a square shape with axial dimensions of 36,00 x 36,00 m. The building has one main entrance and three emergency exits, including an external staircase from the second floor. The existing enclosing wall structures are element-by-element, non-factory-made sandwich panels with 150 mm thick mineral wool insulation. The base of the building below ground level to the bottom of the blind area is insulated with extruded polystyrene foam 130 mm thick. The basement of the building above ground level is insulated with 130 mm thick mineral wool insulation and a ventilated facade is installed, lined with linear panels. The existing roof of the building is flat, unusable, covered with rolled waterproofing material with an internal organized drainage system. The project provides for additional insulation of the roof with extruded polystyrene foam 100 mm thick with the installation of a new PVC membrane covering.
