Structurally, the building is made with an incomplete frame according to a standard design 2-06-18. The outer walls of the building and columns are made of brickwork with cement-sand mortar. The floor is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs supported by external load-bearing walls and prefabricated reinforced concrete beams. The roof is made of a hipped roof, with a wooden rafter system. The building has a rectangular plan. The dimensions of the building are 39,65 x 19,00 m. The year of construction of the building is 1948. The main facade is symmetrical, the entrance is emphasized by a two-column deep portico and front pilasters on the blind side parts. The first floor level is highlighted by rusticated walls and separated by a horizontal profile rod. The plane of the facade behind the portico has two floor-by-floor semi-columns, topped with a triangular pediment, along the axis of the entrance. Above the front there is an oval relief. The facade is crowned by an entablature, a crowning cornice, an attic and a sculptural group along the central axis. There is a relief on the entablature. The ceiling of the portico is decorated with coffers. The side and rear facades are made with risalits with triangular pediments, which rest on semi-columns. The planes of the facade are decorated with pilasters. The window openings of the 1st floor are blocked and highlighted on the façade with a keystone; the windows of the 1st and 2nd floors and the windows of the evacuation staircases are decorated with high sandstones. The doorways of the evacuation stairs are decorated with sandstones and platbands. Plaster and subsequent painting were used in the decoration of the facades and interiors. The space-planning solution of the building is based on a symmetrical axial diagram, inscribed in the shape of an elongated rectangle. On the ground floor in the southern part of the building there is an entrance lobby, a lobby, an extensive double-height foyer and auxiliary premises. Two symmetrically located three-flight staircases lead to the auditorium, located on the 2nd floor. Evacuation from the hall is carried out by four corner staircases through symmetrically located side exits. The administrative and service premises of the cinema are located in the northern part of the building. Previously, there was a portal and a stage on the 1st floor, but the portal is currently blocked. The decoration of the edge of the portal with stucco decoration has been preserved. The foyer interiors are decorated using the Corinthian order in a double-height space and Ionic columns on the second floor, a coffered ceiling, three-flight staircases and a balcony with a balustrade.
