The building of the kindergarten was built according to the standard project 2-04-651 / 5-64, standing separately on a fenced land plot of 0,5577 hectares. It is a 2-storey building. The appearance of the building corresponds to the general urban development and does not belong to any classical architectural style. Architectural and artistic expressiveness is represented by: a true reflection of the internal structure of buildings, the scale and nature of the main premises. Floor height - 3,3 m. External walls of the existing building: main building in axes 1-13 / A-B: solid ceramic brick - 510 mm, silicate brick - 120 mm; add on axes 1'-2 / V-D and 12-13' / V-D: ceramic brick - 380 mm, mineral wool insulation, 80 mm thick, wrapped with nets "chain-link", plaster layer 50 mm.
