General information.

The building of the kindergarten is made according to the standard project 211-1-430s.13.87, consists of four rectangular blocks connected by corridors. Three blocks with dimensions of 24,0x12,0 m and one block with dimensions of 33,0x12,0 m. The height of the building from the top of the foundation to the roof ridge is 10,7 m. Floor height 3,0 m. Under the entire area of ​​the building there is a technical basement with a height of 1,0 to 1,5 m intended for wiring communications. The foundations of the building are reinforced concrete columnar. The supporting structures of the building are prefabricated reinforced concrete frame columns with a section of 300x300 mm and crossbars 400x250 (h) mm. The floors of the building are made of prefabricated hollow-core reinforced concrete slabs of various sizes (width 1600, 1200, 800, 600 mm). A concrete screed with a thickness of 50 to 80 mm is made on top of the slabs. In bathrooms and technical rooms, tiles are laid over the screed, in other rooms - linoleum. In the attic, one layer of roofing material and insulation were laid on the slabs - fiberboard slabs with a total thickness of 150-180 mm, individual small areas (junctions to ventilation ducts, joints, cracks) were covered with perlite. The roof of the blocks is double-pitched. The rafter system is made of a paired board 180x50 mm, the pitch of the rafters is 1500 mm. The rafters are sheathed from a bar 50x50 mm with a pitch of 500 mm. The material of the roof covering is metal profiled flooring of the S-20 brand, the fastening of the flooring to the roof structures is made using roofing screws. The pediments of the roof are made of solid wood sheathing. The street sides of the gables and cornices are fitted with white siding panels. Snow-retaining structures are installed along the perimeter of the roof slope. Sheds made of metal structures are installed above the entrances. The drainage system is external, organized, the discharge of water from the roof is carried out using metal trays and pipes. The outer walls of the building are made of prefabricated expanded clay concrete wall panels 350 mm thick. Internal partitions - from prefabricated concrete wall panels 100 mm thick. The blocks are equipped with prefabricated reinforced concrete ventilation shafts 200 mm thick, the shafts are based on their own pile foundation. Staircases are located in the axes D-E/9-10, 4-7/B and 11-14/B. Platforms and stairs prefabricated reinforced concrete serial production. Windows and doors - plastic with double-glazed windows. Along the perimeter of the building there is a concrete blind area 100-120 mm thick with a slope from the building. The width of the blind area varies from 0,8 m to 1,0 m. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by rigid pinching of the columns into the foundations, rigid junctions of the columns with the crossbars of the floors and the hard disk of the floors. The building is heated. The building's networks are connected to central heating, water supply and sewerage. The heating system is a one-pipe system with a lower wiring; Heating radiators - aluminum, partly - cast iron. Sewer pipes are cast iron and partially plastic. Risers of the water supply and heating system - steel water and gas pipe. The input of the heating network is located in the technical basement in the axes D / 15-16, cold - in the axes G-V / 17. The building is electrified. The electrical control room is located on the first floor in the axes B-V / 2-3, the power cables are entered through the basement. The building is equipped with a fire and security alarm system with voice alarm control. Each room has two smoke detectors. The building has a system of internal and external video surveillance, monitors for displaying images from cameras are located at the security post on the first floor of the building in the axes V-D / 13-14. The building has mechanical and natural ventilation systems. There are ventilation chambers.
