General information.

The year of construction of the kindergarten building is 1984, the building of the kindergarten was built according to the standard project 214-2-5LG. The outer walls of the building are made of ceramic bricks, the niches are finished with ceramic glazed burgundy tiles. The piers and lintels above the windows are concrete, the plinth finishing material is natural stone (limestone). The roof is flat with parapet railings, the roof covering is a rolled waterproofing carpet, the parapets are covered with galvanized metal. On one of the facades of the building there is a black metal fire escape, the staircase is partially deformed (the lower part of the staircase is dismantled). The existing window units are wooden with double glazing and white PVC with double glazing. Existing entrance door blocks - metal, deaf, brown. There are ventilation openings on the facades of the building, the filling elements of which are in an unsatisfactory condition. The porches of the building are covered with a cement-sand screed.
