The building of the kindergarten is two-story with a technical underground with dimensions in the axes 18.30x56.80m. Foundations - strip of prefabricated reinforced concrete pads and concrete blocks. The outer walls of the technical underground are made of concrete blocks. The bearing walls of the building are longitudinal and transverse - brick, 550, 510 and 380 mm thick. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow, ribbed and flat. Stairs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete marching platforms and from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along brick walls. The height of the building from the ground level to the top of the parapet is 9.40 m. The roof is combined with a slope, with an internal drain. The roof covering is designed with 2 layers of Isoplast. The number of porches subject to overhaul is 5. The project involves the dismantling of existing porches and fences and the installation of new porches (Kr-1 ... 3) in existing dimensions. As an access for people with limited mobility (according to SP 59.13330.2012 "Accessibility of buildings and structures for people with limited mobility"), a porch Kr-1A is provided. An elevator of the BK-1 type (with vertical movement) is mounted on the Kr-450A porch. On the porches there are railings 900 mm high (handrail diameter 50 mm) and 500 mm high (handrail diameter 25 m for children). Dimensions of steps -150 mm (risers), 300 mm (tread). To prevent slipping, the steps are provided with aluminum anti-slip profiles. There are tactile ground indicators, a call button for personnel, tactile pictograms and tactile stickers on the handles (with the Braille alphabet). The structure of the porch is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The enclosing walls of the porches are made of facing ceramic bricks (color scheme according to the color scheme of the facades of the building) to preserve the unified architectural design of the facades of the building. Durable and environmentally friendly materials are used in the decoration: - side surfaces of the porches - facing ceramic bricks - painting of metal elements of fences (enamel PF 115) - porcelain stoneware 300 * 300 * 10 for facing steps and platforms.
