Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building, subject to comprehensive overhaul, is a 2-storey volume consisting of three blocks arranged "H"-shaped in plan and forming four separate cells. The corridor, located in the center of the building, connects the group cells. The vertical connection between the first and second floors is provided by four existing type 2 internal staircases. The space-planning composition of the building is preserved. The project provides for: bringing the height of the basement in line with the technical passport, by lowering the floor to an absolute mark of +7,730; device in the basement of the floor in the form of a reinforced concrete slab on the ground; device for waterproofing the basement floor and walls to the full height to prevent moisture from entering technical rooms; placement of technical rooms in the basement with the device of two emergency exits leading directly to the outside; increasing the heat-insulating properties of enclosing structures by external insulation of existing expanded clay concrete panels with 100 mm thick ROCKWOOL-FASAD SLAB mineral wool boards. Exterior finish: traditional plaster over insulation according to the THERMOMAX system with a thin plaster layer (9 mm); facing with Putilov stone of the basement of the outer walls, retaining walls of the pits and vertical planes of reinforced concrete evacuation stairs from the first floor; insulation of the floor of the first floor with polystyrene foam plates 50 mm thick; punching additional external doorways on the basis of existing window openings by dismantling part of the window sill space. Filling of external doorways - deaf insulated metal sheets; equipment of the main entrance to the building with double-leaf metal-plastic doors with glazing; dismantling of existing piers made of wooden blocks filled with tow, and replacing them with brick ones; replacement of wooden window fillings with metal-plastic blocks with double-glazed windows; removal of blocks of pressed sawdust located in the impassable part of the roof; dismantling of existing plank partitions and replacing them with new ones made of aerated concrete blocks of the D500 brand with a thickness of 150 to 250 mm, as well as of red solid brick 120 mm thick in wet rooms; dismantling of the existing clean floor and installation of a new one: in the premises of group cells - homogeneous linoleum; in vestibules, in corridors and bathrooms - ceramic tiles; in the gym - sports floor "TOPFLOOR"; in the music room - laminate. As an underlying layer, a leveling cement-sand screed with a thickness of 50 mm to 75 mm is used. The ventilation chambers have a "floating" floor; installation of suspended ceilings: in rooms with a "wet" and "damp" regime - a slatted ceiling; in the corridors - the ceiling "ARMSTRONG"; in all other rooms - hemmed drywall. In technical rooms, finishing of the ceiling and walls - grouting with vetonite, painting with non-combustible paint in light colors. The ventilation chambers are provided with sound-absorbing finishing of the ceiling and walls with Silakpor acoustic plates; insulation of the existing roof and organization of an external drain. Combined roof insulation - mineral wool slabs ROCKWOOL RUF BATTS H - 110 mm and mineral wool slabs ROCKWOOL RUF BATTS B - 40 mm. Roof covering - built-up, from a roofing carpet in two layers; the arrangement of two exits to the roof via a folding metal ladder from internal stairs through fire hatches of the 2nd type, designed in the plane of the roof. The building has five entrances. One is central, equipped with a ramp for the accessibility of the building to people with limited mobility. The slope of the ramp is 8%. Four entrances, located at the ends of the building, serve to pass to the group cells. Each entrance is equipped with a canopy made of welded metal structures coated with galvanized steel roofing. The vertical surfaces of the porch and ramp are lined with Putilov stone. Platforms, ramp and steps are faced with granite tiles. Premises in which more than 10 people are provided (group cells, gymnastic and music halls) have a second evacuation exit leading directly to the outside. As such an evacuation exit from the second floor, metal stairs are designed. From the first floor - attached reinforced concrete stairs. All stairs are designed with metal railings 1,2 m high. Vertical elements in the railing of stairs have a clearance of no more than 0,1 m. At a height of 0,5 m, additional railings for children are provided in the stair railings. In the railings of stairs and ramps used by people with limited mobility, additional railings are provided at a height of 0,7 m and 0,9 m. Three group cells, a laundry room, a catering unit and a group of medical premises are designed on the ground floor. On the second floor there are three group cells, halls for music and gymnastics and administrative offices, grouped in a single zone. The number of group cells is 6, including two junior groups (3-4 years old), two middle ones (4-5 years old), one senior group (5-6 years old) and one preparatory group (6-7 years old). The group size is 20 children. After the overhaul, the number of children in the preschool educational institution will be 120 people.
bedroom for children's daytime sleep; dressing room for changing children and storing outerwear. In all locker rooms, wardrobes are installed for children's outerwear with drying; toilet; pantry - for distributing food, washing and storing dishes. The interconnection of all rooms of the group cell is provided through the game room. The planning solution follows the principle of group isolation. The composition of the premises, their location and functional relationship in the building is determined in accordance with the design assignment and correspond to the elements and direction of the functional and technological process.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Inspection of the building of the public educational institution at the address: Belgradskaya st., 22, building 3 has been completed. The reconstructed building was built in 1968 as a two-story building with an impassable attic. Structural scheme of the building - frame-bonded. The building is H-shaped in plan. Transverse frames - two-span (6 + 6 m) and single-span (6 m) with a step of 3 m. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 300 x 250 mm (concrete B15-B30) with hinged support on the foundation. Crossbars - prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 250 x 350 m with rigid fastening to the columns (concrete B10-B15). Rigidity diaphragms - from prefabricated expanded clay concrete panels with reinforcement. External walls - non-bearing, consisting of expanded clay concrete panels 6,0 m long and 300 mm thick (with fastening after 3,0 m). Panels - with mechanical damage (chips and potholes with exposure of reinforcement). Seams between panels - with the broken sealing. The wall in the axes "6-8/Zh" was destroyed by fire. The general condition of the panels is operational. The outer longitudinal walls of the basement are made of self-supporting prefabricated reinforced concrete panels 3,0 m long and 300 mm thick, the end walls are made of hinged panels. Ceilings - from prefabricated reinforced concrete flat slabs 3 x 6 m 100 mm thick - are in working condition, in some areas - in a limited working condition. The ceiling above the basement is in a limited working condition (concrete B15-B35). Covering - from prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs 110 mm thick (in the slab part). The slabs are supported at the corners on reinforced concrete columns with a slope. The canopy structures are in a state of possible collapse. External stairs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Part of the steps is broken, the platforms are with unacceptable deformations. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the transverse frames and longitudinal stiffening diaphragms. The foundations are strip foundations, consisting of prefabricated concrete foundation blocks (concrete B7,5-B10) 300 mm thick and reinforced concrete slabs located along the extreme and middle longitudinal axes of the building. The depth of foundations is below the freezing depth. Foundations - with a local difference in settlements that exceeds the allowable values by 4 times. Local cambers of the base do not exceed the allowable values. The maximum draft of the building was 83 mm. The pressure on the foundation soil is 106,9-126,03 kPa. When drawing up a technical report on the survey, archival data of engineering and geological surveys carried out in 1966-1968 were analyzed. The base of the foundations is silty loam with the following characteristics: φII = 34°, cII = 31 kPa, R = 337 kPa. Ground water - possible at a depth of 1,5 m below ground level. The foundations are in working condition. The base of foundations and foundations are capable of absorbing design loads. Category of the technical condition of the building - II. The overhaul of the building is provided without changing the structural scheme of the building with an increase in the load on the floor slabs by 5,2 kN/m2, without increasing the load on the foundations. According to the survey and verification calculation, the bearing capacity of columns, crossbars, facade panels and floor slabs is sufficient to withstand design loads. Project documentation for the reconstruction of a typical kindergarten (project 2C-04-3) includes: arrangement of a pavilion for garbage containers. Foundations - columnar from monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B15, W10, F75). Frame frames - with a span of 6,0 m with a step of 3,0 m, consisting of closed bent-welded profiles. Steel C245. Covering and fencing of the pavilion - from profiled flooring; site fencing device. Foundations - columnar from monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B15, W10, F75). Fence posts and links - from closed bent-welded profiles. The main step of the supports is 2,4 m; punching openings in floor slabs for laying communications with reinforcement of the punching zone with steel clips from rolled channels; arrangement of openings in expanded clay concrete panels and foundation blocks; laying openings with solid ceramic bricks; dismantling of existing and installation of five new external stairs to the second floor. Stairwell frame - steel, free-standing, consisting of posts and beams made of closed bent-welded profiles with a section of □ 80 x 6 mm and □ 80 x 3 mm. Stringers - from rolled channels. Coating - from expanded steel. The stability of the frame is ensured by strengthening the junction of the racks with the platform beams with struts. Racks - with rigid fastening to the base.
