The object of major repairs is the hostel building. The dormitory building was built according to a standard design of a 9-storey dormitory for 640 people of the I-447C series, developed by TsNIIEP-housing. The hostel building is composed of 4 residential blocks with a displacement of the longitudinal axes. Residential blocks are united by inserts in which stairwells and elevators are placed. The building was built in 1972.
The building of complex configuration in plan (Appendix 1), 9-storey with a basement and a technical floor. The dimensions of the building along the extreme axes are 24,21x65,48 m. According to the constructive scheme - a building with load-bearing external and internal longitudinal and transverse walls. The foundations under the load-bearing external and internal walls are strip and prefabricated concrete blocks and pillows. External and internal load-bearing brick walls 540 mm and 380 mm thick, respectively. Above basement floor, interfloor floors are made of prefabricated hollow-core slabs 220 mm thick. The stairs are two-flight, formed by reinforced concrete marches and prefabricated platforms. The covering is made of reinforced concrete ribbed slabs. The roof is combined, rolled, with an internal organized drain. Isoplast roofing on bituminous mastic. Spatial rigidity and stability of the building are provided by external and internal load-bearing longitudinal and transverse brick walls, hard disks of interfloor floors and roofing.

Initial data for project development

This project was developed in accordance with SNiP 11-01-95 "Instruction on the procedure for the development, approval, approval and composition of project documentation for the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures." GOST R 21.1101-2009 "Basic requirements for design and working documentation". The project was carried out on the basis of the Customer's technical assignment for design, in accordance with the current regulatory documents.

The project provides:
