Residential building, 9-storey building, 1st entrance, rectangular in plan, with a basement under the entire building and a walk-through cold attic space. The building was built in 1965 according to the project series II-29-03/09. Description of the load-bearing elements of the building: external walls - brick, thickness - 640 mm; internal supports - brick load-bearing; double-flight staircases, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete flights and platforms; above-basement prefabricated reinforced concrete made of hollow-core slabs; interfloor-prefabricated reinforced concrete made of hollow-core slabs; attic-prefabricated reinforced concrete made of hollow-core slabs; rafter system - wooden layered rafters; the roof is flat, with a “soft” guided waterproofing coating, with a semi-passable cold attic space and internal organized drainage. Roofing covering - 3 layers of roofing felt. Balconies, bay windows, cornices and other protruding elements of the facade: balconies are prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs cantilevered into the walls. Balconies are located from the 1st to the 9th floor along all four facades of the building. Facades: facades are lined with ceramic bricks and ceramic blocks, the base is lined with ceramic blocks. Type of garbage chute: garbage chute - open, located on the intermediate landing of the staircase with loading valves on the interfloor landings; garbage chambers are located at the level of the 1st floor.
