Multi-apartment 9-storey single-entrance residential building, in plan it has a rectangular shape. with basement and attic. The height of the building is 30 m. The building is built in 1971 according to the standard project II-29-160. The building underwent a selective overhaul of balconies. External and internal load-bearing walls - brick. Interroom partitions - gypsum. Ceilings - reinforced concrete slabs, which are based on external and internal load-bearing walls. The building has balconies at the level of 3-9 floors. Stairs are made of prefabricated two-flight prefabricated reinforced concrete structures with metal lattice railings and wooden handrails. Roof - metal gable on the truss system.
