General information.

The building was erected according to the standard project K4/16. The bay windows of the building are made of reinforced concrete slabs on the reinforced concrete consoles of the columns. The cornice is not expressed. The canopies over the entrances to the building are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow core slabs supported on the brick walls of the 1st floor. The roof covering is made of 2 layers of roofing felt, has mechanical damage, deformation, leaky interface with the outer walls. The roofing needs to be replaced. Facades - prefabricated claydite-concrete hinged panels of the outer walls, painted from the side of the facades, the 1st floor is plastered and painted, the basement is not pronounced. The stairs of the building are two-flight, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete platforms and prefabricated marches. The partitions of the building are made of gypsum concrete panels, 80mm thick, the inter-apartment partitions are double with an air gap, with a total thickness of 200mm. In the basement level of the 1st floor and those. floors partitions made of expanded clay concrete blocks, brick and plasterboard on a metal frame, 100-270mm thick. Separate partitions have small cracks at the points of their interface with adjacent structures, and require repair.
