Description of the load-bearing elements of the building: external walls - expanded clay concrete enlarged blocks of two-row cutting. Internal supports - brick load-bearing, stairs - two-flight, from prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms, above the basement - reinforced concrete supported by load-bearing walls, interfloor - reinforced concrete supported by load-bearing walls, attic - reinforced concrete supported by load-bearing walls, the roof is flat, with " soft "guided waterproofing coating, with a semi-through warm attic space and an internal organized drainage system, roofing - 3 layers of roofing material. Balconies, bay windows, cornices and other protruding elements of the facade, loggias - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, supported by side walls, are located from the 1st to the 17th floor. The lateral surface of the loggia walls, as well as the lower surfaces of the loggia slabs, are painted. Facades: - made of enlarged expanded clay concrete blocks have a textured layer of crumbs of natural materials. The plinth is plastered and painted with facade paint.
