General information.

The purpose of the building is a residential 5-story, five-section house with an attic and basement. The building was built according to standard project 4570-III/63. Rectangular in plan, dimensions in axes 80,46x12,80 m. Functional fire hazard class F 1.3. The external walls of the building are load-bearing, made of expanded clay concrete panels, 400 mm thick. The interfloor ceiling is prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow slabs. The basement ceiling is prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs. Partitions – gypsum concrete panels 80 mm thick. The facades of the building are painted with water-based paint. The basement of the building is plastered and painted. The horizontal and vertical interpanel joints of the external walls were completed. Filling of interpanel seams is a sealing gasket and sealing mastic. The balconies are made of solid precast rectangular reinforced concrete slabs with plan dimensions of 2100x900 mm. The thickness of the slabs is 100 mm. The balcony slab is cantilevered into the outer walls of the building. Balconies are located on floors 2-5. Metal fencing. The screens are made of flat asbestos-cement sheets. The residential building is not equipped with elevators. The blind area around the house is 1,5 m wide. The blind area is covered with asphalt. The roofing is made of rolled waterproofing materials. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the load-bearing enclosing walls and floors of the building. The structural design of the building is frameless. External drain. Window fillings in common areas are wooden with paired sashes. The window fillings in the apartments are wooden with paired sashes and in PVC sashes with 2-chamber double-glazed windows. The door block of the entrance to the entrance is metal, equipped with a combination lock. The heating of the house is water, centralized. Supply and exhaust ventilation, natural. Cold and hot water supply is centralized, from the city water supply network. Electricity is supplied from the existing transformer substation.
