General information.

The building of the polyclinic was built according to the standard project 2C-05-34, consists of two blocks: the main 6-storey building (including the basement and technical floor) and the 1-2-storey extension building, interconnected by a 1-storey passage. The main building has a rectangular shape in plan, located in the axes 1-10 / A-D, dimensions in the axes - 84x19,2 m. The transition and the extension building also have a rectangular shape in plan, located in the axes 1-4 / D-L, and have a size in the axes - 15x36 m. The structural scheme of the main building in the axes 1-10 / A-D (from the basement to the 4-20th floor) is frameless, with load-bearing longitudinal external and internal stone walls. The constructive scheme of the technical floor is frame, with load-bearing brick columns and reinforced concrete crossbars laid on them. The design scheme of a one-story passage is frameless with load-bearing longitudinal outer stone walls. The structural scheme of the extension building in axes 1-4 /E-L is frameless with load-bearing external and internal longitudinal and transverse stone walls. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of walls and ceilings, as well as the design of staircases. The load-bearing walls are made of ordinary silicate bricks. The ceilings of the main building in the axes 1-10 / A-d and the extension building in the axes 1-4 / D-I, 1-4 / K-L are reinforced concrete from prefabricated multi-hollow slabs of factory production. Overlapping (covering) of the extension building in axes 1-4 /I-K - reinforced concrete from prefabricated prefabricated ribbed slabs. The roof of the building is flat with organized internal drainage in axes 1-10/A-D and organized external drainage in axes 1-4/D-L and 3-8/A-B.
