The detached building was built in 1956. GBOU DOD of Moscow "Children's Music School. L.
N. Oborina "is located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors (the 1st and 2nd floors are occupied by the GBOU DOD of Moscow" Children's Art School No. 4 "). Entrance to the music school is provided through the end staircases of the building (the main entrance belongs to the art school). The building has a basement, separated from the premises of the children's art school by a brick wall without openings. The entrance to the basement is provided through a staircase leading to a common staircase and an isolated exit directly to the street.
The school building is located on an area of ​​0.41 hectares limited by a metal fence 2.0 m high. The relief of the site is flat with a difference of up to 0.4 meters.
Access to the building is provided from the south side, through 2 gates 4.0m wide. Along the perimeter of the building there is a 4-6 m wide asphalt concrete road.
The nearest metro station is Tushinskaya.
The number of school employees is 102 people, of which 72 are teachers, aged from 18 to 70 years.
The number of students is 615 children, aged 6 to 17 years. Time of study of the child in one shift up to 3 hours. On the 5th floor there is a concert hall for 250 seats and a Small one for 50 seats.
3. Design decisions.
3.1. architectural
The design provides for a major overhaul of the building with the replacement of emergency and wooden structures. To organize the unhindered access of the MMGN to the premises of the music school, an entrance group is located on the northern facade of the western wing, equipped with a ramp, a vestibule and an elevator.
The school provides for the education of 615 children, aged 6 to 17 years. The number of one-time visitors per shift is up to 150 students, 34 teachers, 3 employees.
The total density of floors is:
• basement - 152 m6;
• 3rd floor - 573 m4;
• 4th floor - 588, 9m2;
• 5th floor - 594 m0.
The total area of ​​premises - 475,6 m2;
Floor height - 3.9m, 4.4m (hall);
Upper mark ~ 22.1m.
The total area of ​​the premises is 1 m908,9 (explication in accordance with the explication of the North-Western BTI and the current situation, see the appendix!):
3.2. constructive
existing structures.
Enclosing structures - brick, 640-780mm thick.
The inner walls are brick, 440-480mm thick.
Columns - reinforced concrete, brick.
Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete on metal stringers, lined with marble tiles.
Overlappings - prefabricated reinforced concrete PT, PRT.
Partitions - GKL, chipboard on a wooden frame, brick.
The roof is metal gable on wooden trusses.
Foundation - slab, monolithic, reinforced concrete.
Design solutions.
Roofing - wooden structures of the truss system are replaced with metal trusses made of rolled steel, galvanized steel coating.
Designed walls and foundations of the elevator shaft - monolithic reinforced concrete.
Ceilings - in places of deformation and destruction, restoration of the protective layer is provided.
Partitions - existing partitions are dismantled, newly erected gypsum plasterboard partitions on a metal frame, brick.
The ramp is monolithic reinforced concrete.
The design of the comb of the hall is gypsum concrete slabs on rolled metal trusses.
The facade is painted with facade paint.
In order to eliminate defects and improve the strength characteristics of the masonry of the outer walls, the project provides for a complex of works on cosmetic repairs of facades, consisting of:
• preparing the surface of the facade for repair - cleaning the facade from dust and problematic coatings, removing salts and fungal formations;
• restoration of the facade surface - jointing and sealing of cracks, wall filling;
• finishing works — finishing painting of the facade 8=2232m2 (basement 8=272m2); restoration of architectural elements of the facade;
• repair of the basement part of the facade;
• repair or replacement of drainage systems, cornices, window sills; repair, restoration of the appearance of entrance groups, replacement of doors and windows.

The fire resistance of the building and building structures is accepted as the II degree of fire resistance.
