Architectural and space-planning solutions

The school building for 550 students, subject to comprehensive overhaul, is a two-story volume, consisting of three fire blocks, complex in plan with dimensions in the axes of 128,50 x 79,06 m and a height of 13,00 m. redevelopment of existing morally obsolete premises is envisaged: classrooms, workshops, a sports hall, locker rooms, technical premises, administrative premises. On the ground floor, the premises of the catering unit, dressing rooms for teachers, elementary school classes, grades 5-7, grades 8-11 are designed. The first floor is divided into zones: primary classes, a sports hall with locker rooms and utility rooms for schoolchildren and a coach; technical with ventilation chamber, heating point and switchboard; conducting additional labor classes, including: a carpentry, locksmith and sewing workshops, a cooking room, a music room, storage materials for workshops, as well as a choreographic hall and a small sports hall. On the second floor, a dining room, a library with a reading room and a book depository, a museum, classrooms for students in grades 5-11, an assembly hall, a block of sanitary facilities, teachers' rooms and offices for the management of teachers are designed. In addition, the school building provides for: a first-aid post, industrial premises for a canteen, a room for outdoor games with its transformation, if necessary, into a choreography hall, dressing room, pantries, additional classes of computer science, mathematics, Russian language, laboratory assistants. Increased the number of toilets, showers, sinks. An archive with modern shelving, a library with a reading room have been designed. The overhaul of the school building includes: partial replacement of the roof over the sports and assembly halls with the use of metal structures; replacement of existing wooden floors with a monolithic reinforced concrete slab; replacement of the attic floor with a monolithic reinforced concrete one, followed by insulation; insulation of facade walls from the inside with finishing with two layers of gypsum board for painting with water-based paint; plastering and painting of facades without changing the existing color scheme; replacement of existing stair railings with new ones due to non-compliance with regulatory documentation (two-level railings for senior and junior classes); installation of type 3 stairs for additional evacuation from the dining room; replacement of the technological ladder in the dining room, which does not meet the standards, with a ladder of the 2nd type; replacement of existing wooden partitions with plasterboard and aerated concrete with gypsum sheathing; replacement of wooden floor coverings: in the gym - for sports flooring; in classrooms - on linoleum; in the corridors - on porcelain tiles; in recreations - on linoleum; replacement of wooden ceilings with ceilings of the "Armstrong" type and hemmed plasterboard, in the music rooms and the assembly hall - with acoustic tiles, in the gym and the room for outdoor games - with impact-resistant ("Ekofon"), in domestic premises - with rack metal; replacement of obsolete technological equipment; replacement of plumbing equipment with redevelopment of amenity premises in accordance with the calculation; replacement of existing window and door fillings with new ones (metal-plastic windows with double-glazed windows); replacement of downpipes and gutters with the use of grooves by means of bent sides. The outer walls of a brick building are insulated from the inside with Rockwool "FacadeButts" insulation and sewn up with two layers of drywall. The basement of the building of the outer walls, including the entrance areas, is insulated with PENOPLEX and lined with concrete tiles. The roof is pitched with an external drain. The vertical connection in the school building was designed along 8 stairs: 6 existing, one - technological reconstruction, one - designed for evacuation from the dining room. The design documentation provides for unimpeded access for disabled people and people with limited mobility to the first floor of the school building.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

 The structural scheme of the building is an incomplete frame with load-bearing longitudinal walls and brick columns. The spatial rigidity of the building is provided by the joint work of the brick walls of the columns and disks of the coverings. Foundations - strip rubble under brick walls, rubble columnar - under brick columns. The walls are made of solid clay bricks on a cement-sand mortar. The columns are made of clay bricks on a cement-sand mortar. Lintels - monolithic reinforced concrete and reinforcement d 12 mm on wooden boards. Ceilings above the 1st floor - on wooden beams, on metal beams with wooden and monolithic reinforced concrete filling, m / o G / 1-T / 37-41 - from prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow slabs. Attic floor - on wooden beams, from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs m / o G / 1-T / 37-41. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and platforms, prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along metal stringers. The stairs leading from the brewhouse on the 1st floor to the 2nd floor to the dining room are wooden. Roofing - roofing steel on wooden layered rafters and m / o 1-5/1 and 5-14 / A / 1-D on wooden trusses. The conclusion based on the results of the inspection of the building structures is made. A survey of the foundations with a fragment of the pits found that the foundations as a whole are in working order, with the exception of foundations under brick columns in the L-Sh/2-3 axes. The foundations in the L-Sh/2-3 axes are in an unacceptable state, the masonry stones have fallen out, there is no connection with the solution. The conclusion about the engineering-geological and hydrological conditions of the site is made. and 2009. To study the state of soils, dynamic sounding was carried out in accordance with GOST 19912-2001 and SP 11-105-97. According to the results obtained, the existing foundations are based on bulk soils - sands of medium size, black and brown with lenses of sandy loam and loam, with impurities of organic substances. R = 0,8-1,0 kgf/cm2. The maximum position of the groundwater level at a depth of 1,2 m from the earth's surface during periods of snowfall, active precipitation and floods. Based on verification calculations, it was found that the foundations do not require reinforcement, taking into account changes in loads during the overhaul of the building, with the exception of foundations in the L-Sh/2-3 axes. The technical condition of the brickwork of the walls is workable. Masonry compressive strength, determined by a non-destructive method using an electronic device IPS-MG4,03 in accordance with GOST 22690-88,-12 kg/cm2. Reinforcement of brickwork is not required, including piers. The technical condition of the masonry of the columns is of limited working capacity, there are deformations in the form of individual cracks. Estimated compressive strength of the masonry is 9 kg/cm2. The technical condition of the lintels from individual reinforcement bars along the boards is unsatisfactory. Due to the lack of waterproofing along the edge of the foundation, the brickwork is saturated with capillary moisture to a height of 1,0-1,5 m. The load-bearing structures of the staircase elements are in working order. Inspection of the balconies revealed that they were made of reinforced concrete slabs cantilevered into the walls. Technical condition - workable. Existing interfloor and attic floors on wooden beams, according to fire requirements, are to be replaced. Ceilings on metal beams with reinforced concrete filling, according to the technical condition and new design solutions, are subject to replacement.
