General information.
The existing building is made with load-bearing brick longitudinal outer and inner walls. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the internal and external walls, united by a single horizontal monolithic reinforced concrete floor. The foundation is piled, united by a monolithic reinforced concrete grillage. The outer and inner walls are made of bricks with a thickness of 640 mm and 380 mm, respectively. Internal partitions brick 120 mm thick. The ceiling and roof are made of prefabricated multi-hollow reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the building is combined without attic, covered with rolled materials. The main stairs are made of precast concrete marches.
