General information.

The building is existing, detached and has a complex shape in plan, consists of two rectangular parts connected by a transitional gallery. The dimensions of the building in the axes in the plan are 68,93 x 48,79 m. There is also a basement 3,0 m high with dimensions in the plan of 9,0 x 8,86 m. The layout of the building is a corridor. The highest part of the building is the auditorium, which is 9,2 m high relative to the floor of the first floor. In the main part of the building on the first floor there are the following premises: an auditorium for 340 seats with a stage, a wardrobe, a lobby, a ticket office, a dance hall with a stage, dressing rooms and utility rooms. The main part of the building is two-storey. The auditorium rises above the two-story part and is made in a separate volume from the rest of the building. The following premises are located on the second floor: an assembly hall, the manager's office, a film projection room, a choreographic class, a methodological office, a children's sector and utility rooms. The transitional gallery is one-story, located in the axes 2-3 / E-D and connects the two parts of the building. The following rooms are also located in the transitional gallery: changing rooms, ventilation chamber, air intake rooms, two offices, equipment room, sanitary facilities with showers and utility rooms. The one-story sports hall is made in a separate volume and is located in the axes 1-2 / A-I. To meet the technical condition of the building with regulatory requirements, the project provides for a major overhaul of the building. In the lobby of the building, the vestibule is moved outward with the entrance shifted to the right, in order to increase the usable area of the lobby and give a symmetrical look to the stained-glass part of the facade. The project does not provide for other changes in the volumetric and spatial schemes of the building. The project provides for the use of a "ventilated facade system" for the outer walls of the building, that is, insulation and finishing with facade cassettes. Along the perimeter of the building, the plinth is faced with facade tiles imitating natural stone.
