General information.

The building is non-residential - a comprehensive school, has 3 floors with a technical underground. Built in 1981 according to the standard design of the V-76 series. External walls - from prefabricated expanded clay concrete panels, 500 mm thick. Internal walls - load-bearing, made from prefabricated reinforced concrete panels. Ceilings - from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, 140, 160 mm thick. Roof - rolled with an internal drain. The existing system of cold water supply is a dead-end system with a lower distribution of the supply main pipelines. Water supply is carried out from the city input 0100mm. A water meter assembly is mounted at the inlet, with a 040mm water meter. The water meter is in a satisfactory condition. There is a highway outlet for watering the stadium. The distributing main pipelines, risers and eyeliners are mounted from galvanized steel water and gas pipes. The main pipelines 025-100mm are laid openly under the cellar flow. There is external corrosion, replaced areas, fistulas. Risers and connections 015-32mm are laid openly and partially hidden in the wall boxes of classrooms, bathrooms and under the floor of the 2nd floor, there is external corrosion on the threaded connections of individual risers and connections. There are non-isolated sections of main pipelines. Cast-iron gate valves and ball valves are installed on the main pipelines of the school. Ball valves are installed on risers and plumbing fixtures. The shut-off valves are mostly in a non-working condition. There is no instrumentation at the input. The head pressure of the water taps is -3.6 atm. The existing hot water supply system is a dead-end one with a lower wiring of the main pipelines, with a loopback of the main pipelines at the input. Hot water supply of the school building is carried out from the existing inputs 01ОО/5Оmm. After loopback, a metering unit with a PP-80 type sensor was installed. The premises of some classes are not equipped with a hot water supply system. During operation, sections of highways, risers and piping were replaced. There are complaints about the insufficient temperature of the water at the draw-off points. The distributing main pipelines, risers and eyeliners are mounted from galvanized steel water and gas pipes. The main pipelines 025-100mm are laid openly above the floor and under the cellar flow. There is external corrosion, replaced areas. The heating system, a single-pipe U-shaped heating system was installed in the building - in recreations and an air heating system in the classrooms. Distribution lines are laid along the basement floor.
