General information.

The existing building was built in 1985 and is a four-storey building with a basement and an attic. The basement with a height of 2,40 m is intended for the placement of technical rooms and the laying of engineering communications; the technical floor with a height of 2,30m - 0,88m is designed to accommodate ventilation systems. The main entrance to the building of the Children's City Polyclinic is located on axes 5-6/A-B. The structural scheme of the building is frameless with load-bearing external and internal walls. The strength, rigidity and stability of the building is provided by longitudinal and transverse vertical load-bearing walls. The outer walls of the building of the Children's City Polyclinic are prefabricated from expanded clay concrete large-sized blocks, 500 mm thick. Internal load-bearing walls made of large-sized silicate concrete blocks with vertical voids 390 mm thick. Interfloor ceiling - prefabricated from hollow reinforced concrete slabs of thickness. 220mm. The floor slabs are supported on internal longitudinal, transverse and external walls. Stairwells are arranged in axes 4-5/B-E and 7-8/B-E, and the newly erected stairs in axes 5-6/B-E. Stairs - prefabricated from standard reinforced concrete marches and platforms.
