Architectural solutions

The designed building of the retail trade and public catering facility is a rectangular volume with dimensions in the axes of 42,00 x 27,00 m. The main volume of the building is three-story with a technical floor (mansard). On the western side of the building there is a one-story part, which includes technical rooms. The building has a clearly defined corner solution. The emphasis is on the southeastern part, which goes directly to the intersection of the avenue and the street. The corner is organized with the help of an almost square glass tower, which stands out noticeably from the total volume of the building and has a deliberately increased height. For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the finished floor of the first floor was taken, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 4,00 m. The height of the building from ground level to the parapet of the second floor is 12,66 m, the height in the ridge is 16,73 m. The height of the first floor is 4,50 m. The height of the second floor is 3,60 m. The height of the third floor is from 3.0 m to 8.80 m (in axes 1-2, A-B). On the first floor, the following are designed: a lobby with a wardrobe and toilets for visitors and disabled people, a culinary shop, a wine boutique, a trading floor, storerooms, sanitary facilities for staff, loading, administrative and technical rooms. On the second floor there is a lobby (elevator hall), a dining room with a bar, production units with technological areas that provide retail trade in semi-finished products, administrative and service premises, and sanitary facilities for visitors. On the third floor there is a dining room with places for visitors to relax, service and administrative premises, and sanitary facilities for visitors. The upper technical floor is designed to accommodate ventilation chambers and exits to the roof. The project provides for appropriate measures for the life of people with limited mobility. For vertical connection between floors, 2 staircases are provided. From the second floor, an external metal staircase is additionally provided for evacuation in case of fire. The building has a passenger elevator (for 630 kg - 8 passengers) and two cargo lifts of 500 kg each. every. The main entrance to the shopping center building has a corner solution and is organized from the side of the avenue. Service and technical entrances and exits are located on the northern and western facades, which makes it possible to exclude the movement of the main flow of visitors through the service and technical areas. The service areas are provided with the possibility of vehicle access. To ensure the accessibility of milk mobile groups of the population to the building, the project provides for a separate entrance equipped with a ramp. The facades of the shopping center are made of factory-made sandwich panels, painted in ivory. Finishing of a socle - ceramic granite. The main facades of the shopping center (southern and eastern) face the street. Stained glass glazing is actively used in their decoration, converging to a glass tower on the southeast corner of the building. Stairwells are lined with alucobond slabs. The corner entrance for clients is emphasized by a deep portal and a decorative canopy with forged elements. The northern and western facades (from the side of the residential area and the store) are more concise. The vertical hanging of the panels and narrowed windows on the second floor give the building a slenderness. Forged decorative elements are used in the decoration of facades. The interior decoration of the premises corresponds to their functional purpose and design assignment. Ceiling: Administrative, office premises, corridors, vestibules, pantries - suspended ceiling, type "Armstrong". Toilets, pantries of cleaning equipment - metal rack ceiling. Auxiliary and technical rooms, stairwells - plaster with subsequent painting with water-based paints. Floor: Administrative, office premises, corridors of the office zone - laminate flooring Production premises, kitchens, toilets, storerooms for cleaning equipment, vestibules, pantries, ventilation chambers - floor ceramic tiles. Technical rooms - wear-resistant paint for concrete, Vestibules, halls - ceramic granite. Walls and partitions: External walls: surface - profiled metal sheet, white color. Administrative, office premises, corridors, vestibules, pantries - alignment of walls with plasterboard sheets "Gyproc" followed by painting with water-based paints. Kitchen rooms, toilets, pantries for cleaning equipment, pantries, technical rooms - facing with ceramic tiles.

Constructive decisions

The building was designed according to the frame structural system of monolithic reinforced concrete. Building responsibility level -11. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the rigid coupling of the columns with the foundations and the presence of stiffening cores formed by the walls of the stairwells in combination with the unchanging horizontal disks of reinforced concrete floors and roofing. Frame columns - with a section of 60x60 cm and 40x40 cm (columns at the level of the technical floor). Grid of columns - 9 x 9 (6) m, 18x9 in axes 3-4, A-B. The walls of the stairwells and extensions along the G axis are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm and an elevator shaft of 160 mm. The project provides for the insulation and cladding of sections of the outer walls of the staircases with composite material. The basement is made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick, with a layer of insulation, with porcelain stoneware cladding. Ceilings and roofing - ribbed slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete, 200 mm thick - in the middle zone and 350 mm thick, 2000 and 1300 mm wide - in the inter-column zones in mutually perpendicular directions. In the zone of the 2-light part of the building in the axes 2-5 ... A-B, the coating is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab along corrugated board and steel beams with the suspension of the latter to F1 roof trusses with a span of 18 m. Covering the technical floor of the building - roofing sandwich panels on steel girders; load-bearing roof structure - steel truss trusses with a span of 9,0 m, truss spacing - 3,0 m, and rafter beams. Roofing in axes 1-2, A-B - roofing sandwich panels along steel girders supported by a steel truss with a span of 12,7 m and roof beams. The specified coating does not participate in the calculation of the overall stiffness of the building and therefore, in case of fire, the geometric invariance of the building structure as a whole is ensured. Concrete of monolithic structures of the building B25, W6, reinforcement class A500C. Wall sandwich panels 150 mm thick with fastening to half-timbered elements and supporting structures of the building. Stairs are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. The calculation of load-bearing structures was performed using the SCAD software package license No. 8128M. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +4.00 m. The foundation of the building is designed as a solid reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 0,7 m (the absolute elevation of the base is 2.95 m). Part of the alluvial soils under the base of the foundation is replaced by an artificial sand cushion of medium-sized sand 0,6 m thick. Under the foundation, concrete preparation is provided. B10 100 mm thick over a layer of crushed stone of a fraction of 20-40 mm 300 mm thick and a sand cushion of medium-sized sand Kupl. = 0,95. The maximum design pressure under the sole of the foundation slab from the loads of the building is 0,06 MPa (0,6 kg / cm2). The maximum final settlement of the structure is -8,5 cm, which does not exceed the maximum settlement for this type of foundation -12 cm.
