Description of the appearance of the facades of the building

The building is presented in the plan in the form of a rectangle. The front ones are the main facade, facing the avenue and the side one, along the alley. Entrances are organized from the inside. The loading room is located at the facade deployed to the fence. The outer walls of the building are made of sandwich panels VPS 150 (RAL 1005), 150 mm thick. The facades are designed in yellow. Stained-glass facades are made according to the system of architectural and construction aluminum profiles with double-glazed windows.

Description of the adopted volumetric and architectural and artistic solutions

The height of the building at its highest point along the top of the parapet is 13,05 m, which is less than the permitted maximum building height (40 m). The building has three closed staircases, freight elevators with fire doors REI 45 (type). The enclosing structures of the building are made of sandwich panels. The building is rectangular, 2-storey, the dimensions of the building in the axes are 30000x42000. The height of the building is 13.050 m. The building is made of a metal frame and a monolithic elevator shaft, a monolithic reinforced concrete floor and roof. On the first floor of the building there are: trade pavilions for the sale of food products, loading, engineering rooms. On the second floor of the building there are: Trading pavilions for the sale of industrial goods, A monolithic reinforced concrete slab 150 mm thick is used as the floor. The slab solution provides for the installation of a monolithic slab with a thickness of 150 mm according to prof. flooring. The walls of the stairwells are made of aerated concrete 200 mm. The walls of the elevator shaft are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 150 mm thick. Filling between columns at el. above 0,000 to be made from sandwich panels along the frame. The project provides for a flat, combined insulated roof with an internal drain. The slope of the roof is accepted i=0,01. Three staircases are designed in the building, which are located in stairwells with direct access to the outside and meet the requirements of SNiP 21-01-97 "Fire safety of buildings and structures". The width of the flights of stairs is 1500 mm. As a clean floor covering, ceramic tiles are provided in the bathrooms, and porcelain stoneware in the rest of the rooms. The internal partitions in the bathrooms are made of moisture-resistant plasterboard sheets lined with ceramic tiles to the full height. In other rooms, partitions are made of translucent structures on a metal frame. Ceiling in bathrooms. nodes - slatted metal, in commercial premises suspended ceilings of the "ARMSTRONG" type are provided.

Description of natural light solutions

The structure of the premises of the designed trading building includes premises for which (according to SanPiN 2.2.1/2.1.1.1278-03 with amendments and additions No. 1 SanPiN 2.2.1/2.1.1.2585-10) natural lighting is required, namely, room No. 106 - security room (dispatcher). For this room, according to SanPin, with the orientation of the light opening of this room to the SW, the standard value of KEO is eN = 0.7. For this room, it is not advisable to calculate the calculated KEO, since it has a continuous glazing of the outer wall.

Measures to protect premises from noise, vibration and other impacts

The soundproofing ability of structures between rooms (ceilings, partitions) was adopted by calculation and does not violate the requirements of SP 51.13330.2011 Table 2. Fire safety

According to SNIP 21-01-97* p.5.18* it is allowed to use unprotected steel structures with the minimum required fire resistance R15 (RE15).; The bearing elements of the building - columns and ties, as well as beams of interfloor ceilings, must have a fire resistance rating of at least R 90. To raise the fire resistance limit to R 90, steel columns and ties, as well as beams of interfloor ceilings of the building, should be plastered using a special chain-link mesh, the thickness of the plaster layer is not less than 4 cm; Beams and stringers of evacuation stairs should be plastered according to a special chain-link mesh, the thickness of the plaster layer is at least 3 cm, to bring it to the fire resistance limit R-60. All materials used must have appropriate hygiene and fire certificates.

Constructive decisions

The structural scheme of the designed building is multi-span, frame. The building of the trade pavilion is 2-storey, with a monolithic ceiling 150 mm thick along the corrugated board. The frame consists of metal columns, metal main and secondary floor beams, a monolithic elevator shaft and a monolithic ceiling. The metal frame consists of I-section columns No. 30K1 with a step of 6 m, I-beams No. 30Sh2 and No. 20Sh1. The normative load on the floor of the designed building is 0,8 t/m2. Foundations - columnar foundations are provided for the columns, deepening by 2,5 m with dimensions of 1,5x1,5m. All foundations are made of B25 W6 F100 class concrete. Foundation soil refers to non-porous soils. Frame - metal columns from a rolled profile of the I-beam type No. 30K1 S255. Walls - senvich-panels, 150 mm thick on metal half-timbered crossbars from channel No. 20. The walls of the elevator shaft are made of monolithic reinforced concrete class B25, 150 mm thick. A pit with a height of 1,20 m was made under the elevator. A foundation slab 400 mm thick was designed from monolithic reinforced concrete of class B25. Floors - are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 150 mm thick, of class B15 W6 F100 concrete and reinforced with periodic reinforcement of class AIII. Overlapping - monolithic on profiled sheets, on metal beams of I-section No. 30Sh2 and No. 20Sh1. The ceiling thickness is 150 mm from B15 class concrete on H75-750-0,8 corrugated board. Coating - monolithic on profiled sheets, on metal beams of I-section No. 30Sh2 and No. 20Sh1. The ceiling thickness is 150 mm from B15 class concrete on H75-750-0,8 corrugated board. Stairs - designed from prefabricated steps along metal stringers from channel No. 18P and monolithic platforms.

Technological solutions
