Architectural solutions

The shopping complex building has a rectangular shape in plan and forms one volume. The overall dimensions of the building are 55.4 × 54.7 m. The building is 2-storey. For the improvement of the territory, design solutions provide for the installation of sidewalks, landscaping of the territory with a lawn and planting trees and shrubs. The choice of space-planning solution is determined by the technological zoning scheme of the shopping center. The building is a two-story building. On the first floor of the mall there are trade, administrative and storage areas. The trading zone includes: trading floor, bathrooms, cash desk. Also, at the level of the first floor, technical rooms (water metering unit, ITP, main switchboard, cleaning equipment rooms) were designed. On the second floor of the mall there are administrative and storage areas. Finishing of commercial premises in accordance with the norms, according to a separate interior project. Finishing of administrative and industrial premises is designed according to the technological task. The solution of facades is made in accordance with corporate requirements and standards. External enclosing structures of the TC: facades made of sandwich panels with fireproof mineral wool filling and reduced heat transfer resistance of at least 2,7 m2 x °C / W. with wall cladding. Profile structures of stained-glass windows are aluminum; filling of window and entrance doorways - metal-plastic windows and door blocks with a single-chamber double-glazed window with a reduced heat transfer resistance of 0,55 m2 x °C / W. Plinth made of porcelain stoneware with styrofoam insulation 120 mm. The shopping complex is designed in modern, light constructions. The load-bearing structures of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete, the interfloor ceiling is monolithic reinforced concrete. Covering of corrugated board on metal beams. The roof is flat with an internal drain, with a membrane coating and insulation from non-combustible mineral wool boards. The fire wall dividing the building into two fire compartments is designed from solid brick, the load-bearing walls of the stairwells are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. Brick and plasterboard partitions on a metal frame with sound insulation from fireproof mineral wool boards.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The structural system of the building is a spatial reinforced concrete frame with vertical structures of columns and walls of stairwells. The grid of the frame columns is 6,0x9,0 m. The junctions of the structures are rigid, designed to absorb bending moments. Columns with a section of 400x400 mm, walls with a thickness of 200 mm. Floor slabs - 200 mm thick along cross beams with a section of 400x500 (h) mm; 400x600 (h) mm. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of floors, columns and walls of staircases connected by rigid nodes with floors and foundations. Covering - steel beams of a rolled profile with a span of 9,0 m. A steel profiled flooring is laid without running along the upper chords of the beams. The rigidity of the coating is ensured by the frequent fastening of the steel corrugated board to the steel girders with self-tapping bolts and the connection of the sheets of the corrugated board to each other with combined rivets. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the Lira 9.2 software package. The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The material of above-ground structures is concrete of class B25; W4; F75; fittings of class A500; steel grade C245. Enclosing structures - hinged three-layer sandwich panels, partially stained glass filling. The foundations are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete: under the columns of the building - free-standing grillages 1,35 m high on a pile foundation, under the internal walls of the stairs - foundation beams based on grillages, under the outer walls - three-layer plinth panels with insulation, based on grillages. In the floor of the first floor, a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 200 mm is designed, resting on a soil base. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete with a section of 30x30 cm; 35x35 cm are immersed using the indentation method. The length of the piles is from 8,0 m to 14 m, depending on the depth of the bearing layer of soil. At the base of the piles, sandy loam is solid plastic with a total deformation modulus E = 0 kg/cm. Bearing capacity of piles - 57 ton-force was adopted based on the results of static sounding of soils. Estimated pile load - 54 tf. Static load testing of piles and, if necessary, adjustment of the pile foundation are provided. Material of underground structures - concrete class B25; W4; F75; fittings of class A500. Design solutions provide for measures for anticorrosive protection of underground structures: coating insulation of structures, the use of low-permeability concrete. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 3.55.
