Architectural and space-planning solutions:

The building of the shopping and entertainment complex (SEC) was designed on site 2, on two land plots with an area of 123336m2 and 2507m2 and is the first stage of the SEC construction. Buildings and structures (market pavilions) to be demolished at the construction site are the property of the developer. The building is oriented with the main entrance towards the street, towards the exit from the metro station. From the northeast, the designed building adjoins the existing building of the Trade and Exhibition Complex, which is the property of the developer. The project documentation provides for the possibility of constructing a transitional gallery from the shopping center to the TVK at the basement, first floors and at the level of several floors of the parking lot. For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark of +18,25, is taken. The building of the shopping and entertainment complex is designed as a frame, 5-6-8 storey (with a basement). Conventionally, the building can be divided into two zones: 6-storey built-in closed-type parking in the 8-storey part of the building (above the 1st floor of the shopping area) The designed building is a rectangular building with ledges. The dimensions of the building in the axes are 137,4m by 90,0m. Structurally, the shopping and entertainment complex is subdivided into: trading floors of shops for the sale of industrial goods (ground floor at elevation -4.800, floor at elevation +0.000, floor at elevation +5.400, floor at elevation +10.200); cinema complex (floor at elevation +15.000, floor at elevation +18.300); skating rink – curling (level +15.000); catering establishments: bar for 70 seats (floor at elevation +0.000); cafe for 70 seats (floor at elevation +5.400); restaurant for 120 seats (floor at elevation +10.200); 6 fast food establishments of the Food Court system for 300 seats (floor at elevation +15.000), sushi bar for 100 seats (floor at elevation +15.000), Cafe Curling for 100 seats (floor at el. +15.000), technical services of the building; closed car park for 606 cars. built-in transformer substation (floor at el. +0.000); built-in RTP (floor at el. +0.000); The central atrium, connecting the ground floors of the complex, provides for the location of two escalator groups and two panoramic elevators, each with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg. The project also provides for two more paired groups of passenger elevators (in axes 5-6 / K-I; 8-9 / M) - 4 pieces, with a load capacity of 1000 kg each elevator. To load manufactured goods into trade zones in axes 8-9 / A-B, 4 passenger-and-freight elevators are designed, each with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg. For catering areas - two groups of passenger-and-freight elevators in the axes 7-8 / A-B and 15 / L-M -4 elevators, each with a carrying capacity of 630 kg. To load goods into the basement, two lifts are provided in axes 4-5 / B with a carrying capacity of 2000 kg and 1000 kg. For the movement of disabled people, lifts are provided: one - in the area of the main entrance of inclined movement along the stairs; three - in the parking area, vertical movement. The load capacity of each lift is 300kg. Lifts are installed without a shaft, in the form of an open platform with the necessary equipment and fencing, by order from a specialized company. Entrance groups, designed at the level of the planning mark of the ground, are equipped with escalators that provide comfortable access for visitors to the basement and first floors of the complex. Eight evacuation staircases are designed in the building, two of which are provided in the built-in closed parking area. Three ladders in axes 5-6/L-M; 9-10/L-M; 16/L-M correspond to type H1. The remaining ladders are type H2. According to the requirements of special technical conditions for fire protection of the building, the exits from the stairs to the mezzanine floors of the built-in parking lot are carried out through the vestibule locks with air overpressure. From the south-east side, from the side of the passage along the Danube avenue, the project provides for the arrangement of an entrance to the parking lot, loading ramps of the complex and a built-in transformer substation. Finishing of the designed building: Walls - Paroc panels, ceramic granite in the ventilation facade system (stair blocks, the curved plane of the main facade in the A-M axes; Socle-granite; stained-glass entrance groups; double-glazed windows in window openings; Roof - rolled, with internal gutters and the installation of skylights.Finishing of the main premises involves the use of ceramic granite tiles as a floor covering, painting the walls with water-based paint.Finishing of auxiliary premises involves the use of ceramic tiles as a coating on the floors, painting the walls with water-based paint. use of ceramic tiles as a coating on the floors, ceramic tiles on the walls to a height of 1,8 m, higher painting of the walls with water-based paint. The height of the building from the planning mark is 30,270 m. Maximum mark (top of canopy structures) +32,95. Basement height 4.8m, standard parking floors 2,85m (from floor to floor). Retail premises have heights from 4,8 to 5,4 m, double-height premises from 8 to 28,6 m. A stair-escalator node is organized in the main entrance area. Escalators and panoramic elevators are located in the center of the shopping and entertainment complex; there are no ceilings in this area from the 1st to the 5th floor. In the built-in car park from the 2nd to the 8th floor, for technological reasons, ceilings are provided at different levels with a drop line between the axes "3" and "4". The passage of vehicles between floors is designed along ramps in the form of an inclined reinforced concrete monolithic slab on reinforced concrete. beams. At the level of 15,0 m there are 9 cinema halls covered with metal trusses. Covering - decking of profiled steel sheets on steel beams. Several lanterns are located in the roof of the building, the supporting steel structures of which are trusses and beams.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

The designed building of the shopping and entertainment complex of the 5st stage of construction - the normal level of responsibility is divided by a temperature, expansion joint into two blocks (8 and 1350 floors) and adjoins the existing building with a gap of 11.3 mm. The structural scheme of the building of the complex is a mixed system of monolithic reinforced concrete and steel structures. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building with monolithic interfloor ceilings and stiffness cores formed by the walls of stairwells and elevator shafts. The calculation of the building was made on the software package "SCAD" version 150.
