Architectural and space-planning solutions

The configuration of the building plan of a commercial complex with a multi-storey car park is a rectangular triangle - the dimensions of the legs in the axes are 238,95m and 212,90m; hypotenuse - 291,20m. The above-ground part of the building is 5-storey. The height of the 1st floor is 7,65m, the rest - 5,10m, the 5th - 4,3m. The height of the building to the cornice is 23,50 m. The height of the building is 32,0 m. The underground part of the building is 2-storey (tiered). The height of the floors is 3,4m. The compositional basis of the plans of all aboveground floors is two-beam with passages diverging from the multi-light atrium - east and west and connecting them with a southern multi-light atrium-passage in the form of a lens, along the axis of which the second entrance is located. On the 1st floor, along the eastern and western passages and part of the southern, trade enterprises (industrial goods) are located, at the intersection of the eastern and southern passages - a grocery store. On the mezzanines (at elevation +3.760) there are retail, as well as amenity and administrative premises. On the 2nd floor there are premises of industrial goods trade enterprises. On the 3rd floor there are premises of industrial goods trade enterprises. On the 4th floor there are mainly groups of premises for cultural and leisure purposes - cinemas, bowling, a children's play area and related catering establishments - restaurants, cafes and fast food snack bars. The connection between the above-ground floors is solved by vertical communication nodes - escalators, elevators, located at the intersection of the passages in the atriums. On the 5th floor, a fitness area with a swimming pool, office and technical premises are designed. Loading of trade enterprises for the sale of industrial and food products, public catering enterprises is solved independently for each group: food from the ground level, industrial goods and public catering enterprises from the 1st level mark of the underground part. For the delivery of industrial goods, servicing public catering establishments located on the floors of the above-ground part, two groups of freight elevators are provided. In the underground part of the complex, a 2-tier parking lot for 1139 cars has been designed (1st underground floor - 497 cars; 2nd underground floor - 642 cars. Communication between the parking tiers is provided by two double-track ramps). When designing the complex, space-planning decisions were made taking into account the requirements of fire safety standards, sanitary and hygienic requirements and accessibility requirements for people with limited mobility. Measures to ensure fire safety are discussed in the section "Special Specifications for the Design of Fire Protection".
