ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS.

Description and justification of the external and internal view of the capital construction object, its spatial, planning and functional organization. The designed building of the shopping and entertainment complex is a spread-out volume raised above the ground, the shape of which is dictated by the configuration of the site. The building consists of two parts of different heights that complete the cylindrical volume of the cinema complex. On the first floor of the building, the project provides for the construction of an open parking lot for 720 cars, part of which is designed as a three-story one, entrance lobbies, loading, technical and service rooms. The second floor of the complex houses the premises of the Maksidom store, which has a height of 9,0 m to the bottom of the structures, the premises of a food supermarket, rental trade premises and service premises. On the third floor of the complex, the project provides for the placement of public catering facilities, a cinema complex, which includes eight halls, a bowling alley, billiards, rental trade premises and office space. The fourth floor is technical, it houses film projection and ventilation chambers.
The project provides for the possibility of building the building in two stages. The building of the complex is located in the territorial zone C2 - a zone of service and business activity of local importance. The master plan is designed in accordance with the sanitary and fire safety requirements and the requirements of the city plan. The layout of the master plan takes into account the features of the building site and is solved with the maximum possible use of the territory. Sidewalks are designed 15 cm above the carriageway. The organization of the relief is solved taking into account the terrain and in conjunction with the improvement marks of existing streets and driveways. Removal of surface runoff is envisaged along the planned territory into storm water wells with further discharge into the urban rainwater sewerage network. In places of possible passage for disabled people, design a side stone with a height of 5 cm. Landscaping includes the installation of asphalt concrete pavement at the entrances to the building and in open parking lots, paving with paving slabs in pedestrian areas, lawns, planting trees and shrubs. The calculation of the required number of places for temporary storage of vehicles was made on the basis of the requirements of Appendix K to SP 42.133330.2011. The required number of parking spaces, according to the calculation, is 646. The project provides for the construction of an open parking lot for 720 parking spaces, located directly under the complex, and another 15 parking spaces are located on the territory from the main entrance. Thus, the total number of parking spaces is 735. Around the building there is a passage for fire equipment. Description and justification of the compositional techniques used in the formation of facades and interiors of the capital construction object. The architectural solution is based on the need for the most efficient use of the territory proposed for development, subject to the technological requirements of the customer. The sprawling volume of the building of the complex, raised above the ground, contrasts favorably with the high-rise dominants of residential development and at the same time does not dissonate with the landscape of the river floodplain. An anti-aircraft lantern that cuts through the volume of the building accentuates the main entrance to the building of the complex. The interiors of the complex are developed according to a separate project. Description of the decoration of the premises of the main, auxiliary, service and technical purposes. Finishing of the main premises involves the use of ceramic granite tiles as a floor covering, painting the walls with water-based paint in light colors for 2 times and installing suspended ceilings according to a design project. Finishing of auxiliary premises involves the use of ceramic tiles as a floor covering, painting the walls with light-colored water-based paint for 2 times and installing suspended ceilings of the “Armstrong” type. Finishing of service premises involves the use of ceramic tiles as a coating on the floors, ceramic tiles on walls to a height of 1,8 m, painting the walls with water-based paint in light colors for 2 times and installing suspended ceilings of the Armstrong type. Finishing of technical premises is carried out in accordance with the requirements for these premises. Description of architectural solutions providing natural lighting for premises with a permanent presence of people. All premises with a permanent stay of people are provided with natural light through the installation of windows and stained-glass windows in the outer walls of the building. Description of architectural construction measures for the protection of premises from noise, vibrations. Rooms that are sources of noise (ventilation chambers, elevator shafts, etc.) in the case of adjoining rooms with permanent residence of people are separated from them by soundproof partitions. In the ventilation chambers, floating floors are provided. Description of decisions on decorative- artistic and color finishing of interiors. The interiors of the building are developed according to a separate project.

Constructive solution

General characteristics of the building

The building being designed is a multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex conditionally consisting of two vertically shifted parts: the left triangular part rounded at the end and the right rectangular part of the building. The building is divided into 5 blocks separated from each other by expansion joints. The degree of responsibility of the building is normal. The first right block in the axes 18-34 m / o A-F is a two-story building with a height of the first floor 5m, the second 11.815m. The block is divided into two parts by an expansion joint m / o25-26. The block has stairs and elevators. There is a construction supermarket on the second floor of the building. The second block in axes 9-11m / o S-G is a three-four-storey building with a height of floors 4,8,5,1,9,1m in the three-storey part of the building and heights of floors 4.8,5,!,4,8,4,365 m in a four-storey part of the building. The block has stairs, elevators and escalators in the central area. On the floors of the building there are offices, ventilation chambers, retail premises, cafes.
The third block is located in the axes 9-18 m / o Yu-GG. The building is three-storey with the height of the floors the same as in block 2. There is an open parking lot on the ground floor, and commercial premises on the other floors. The block has stairs and escalators. The fourth block is located in the axes 4-9 m / o M-GY. The building is three-storey with a height of floors 5, 5,1.9,165m. The block has stairs and elevators. The block has stairs and elevators. There are shops and a bowling alley in the block. The fifth block is located in the axes 1*-4 m/o C-GG. The block is a four-five storey building with a height of floors of 3,3,5,1,4,8,4,315m. The block has stairs and elevators. The block has a parking lot on the first floors, a cinema complex on the upper floors. On the first floor of all blocks there is an open car parking. The highest elevation of the top of the building is 18,19m.. The intensity of the seismic impact is 6 points, so no additional calculations are required.

Monolithic reinforced concrete structures.

The structural formation of the building is a spatial frame consisting of monolithic reinforced concrete structures: columns, floor slabs /beamless and with monolithic beams/, monolithic walls of stairwells and elevator shafts, metal ties and steel roof structures. The spatial rigidity and overall stability of the building are ensured by the joint work of beamless floor slabs and beams with vertical monolithic elements - columns, elevator shaft walls, stairwells and metal ties. The junction nodes of monolithic structures are rigid, designed for the perception of support moments. The junctions of columns with foundations are rigid. Grids of frame columns 8,3 * 8,3; 6*9;12*27m. Monolithic reinforced concrete columns are square, with a section of 60 * 60 cm. In axes 1-18, the columns of the first floor have capitals measuring 1,6 * 1,6 m in plan and 70 cm thick. Monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs in axes 1-18 of variable thickness from 18 cm in span to 32 cm in support zones 3 m wide. In axes 10-34 there is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 25cm thick. Beams for supporting the escalator with a section of 60 * 75 cm, large-span beams with a section of 60 * 90 cm. The walls of elevator shafts and stairwells are monolithic reinforced concrete 30cm thick. Stair flights and landings are monolithic reinforced concrete. All monolithic structures are made of concrete of class B25, W6, F100, reinforced with reinforcement of class A500C and A240. The slab in axes 18-34 is made of concrete of class B30, W6, F100. External walls - hinged sandwich panels and ventilated facade with ceramic panels.

4. Metal structures

The steel structures of the roof of the Multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex consist of the following parts:
- steel roof structures with walkways;
- steel structures of the light lantern;
- steel structures of vertical connections between reinforced concrete columns;
- steel fachwerk structures.
The steel structure of the roof is a system of trusses and beams on which girders and profiled flooring are laid. Runs with a span of 12m - sprengel, in which the upper belt represents an I-beam, and the lower one is made of round steel, the sprengel rack is made of hot-rolled channels. Skylight structures are a system of inclined welded truss frames of variable cross section and girders, to which double-glazed windows are attached. The stability of steel structures is ensured by a system of horizontal and vertical ties, as well as by adjoining the reinforced concrete frame of the building. Farms are made of steel box profiles; Beams and girders - from normal and wide-shelf I-beams according to STO ASChM 20-93. Connections - from cold-formed box profiles. Fachwerk - from cold-formed box profiles. Construction material - steel C245 according to GOST 27772-88.  E42A electrodes. Panoramic elevator - a shaft made of a metal frame

Foundations.

The foundations of the designed building are piled with monolithic grillages. Driven reinforced concrete piles of a solid square section are adopted according to series 1.011.1-10 issue 1. The supporting layer under the base of the piles will be EGE-7 crushed stone soils with the characteristics of E = 300 kgf / cm²; γ = 2,31 t/m³; φ \u38d 8º or rocky soils IGE-9, IGE-XNUMX. Taking into account the highly indented relief of the supporting soil layers under the tip of the piles and the variable relief of the earth's surface of the construction site, the project adopted four types of piles with a length of -5,8,10,13m.

Authorization
