General information.
The construction of a shelter for the care of the homeless is envisaged animals with a total number of places for animals - up to 350 dogs and cats intended for temporary or long-term keeping stray animals, providing them with veterinary and other assistance, implementation of their rehabilitation, search for their owners or other owners. Shelters are created to preserve the life and health of the neglected animals until their fate is decided in accordance with current legislation. Establishing a shelter for homeless animals direct assistance in the observance and maintenance of cleanliness and order in the city, and also prevents the spread of dangerous diseases. The building has the following premises: blocks for dogs; room personnel; toilet; shower room; a room for keeping smooth-haired; room for keeping cats; room for warm overexposure of puppies; reception-viewing room; operating room doctor's office; room for overexposure of sterilized dogs; ventilation chamber; room for the sick cats; kitchen; stock; room for sick dogs, washing room, observation room, vestibules, corridor, utility room.
2. Administrative building. The building is one-story, with dimensions in the axes 12,00 x 6,00 (m), without a basement. IN the administrative building provides premises: offices for 8 employees; toilet; vestibule.
3. Security building. The building is one-story, with dimensions in the axes 4,62 x 6,54 (m), without a basement. IN the building provides premises: security room; security post; universal lavatory cabin; vestibules; utility room.
4. Enclosures for keeping dogs (298 dogs);
5. Enclosures for quarantine of dogs (for 52 dogs);
6. Temporary parking for 5 cars (staff)
