Architectural and space-planning solutions:

For the administrative building, the adjustment of the working draft provides for: superstructure of the building with one floor, relative to the original project; preservation of the space-planning solution of the first three floors; placement on the fourth overbuilt floor of a meeting room, sanitary facilities, utility rooms; replacement of solid bricks in the structures of external walls with hollow bricks; replacement (and installation of new partitions) of gypsum tongue-and-groove slabs with partitions of silicate hollow blocks 85 mm thick, lined with plasterboard sheets; insulation of the floor structure on the ground, soundproofing of the floor structures of the ventilation chambers, not taken into account in the initial project; increase in the area of ​​stained-glass windows from 76,10 m2 to 102,34 m2; installation of floor covering in the premises of the fourth built-on floor from laminate and ceramic tiles, depending on the purpose of the premises; changing the configuration of the roof, replacing the brand of insulation and roofing of the Uniflex type with Isoplast; replacement of decorative plaster of walls and partitions of corridors, offices with water-dispersion painting; finishing of technical premises, not previously provided for by the project; replacement of façade cladding with aluminum panels for a “ventilated façade” structure with porcelain stoneware cladding; replacement of the plinth cladding from porcelain stoneware slabs with natural granite cladding; arrangement of visors over the entrances;  the device of an external metal staircase for entering the operated roof. The height of the building from the level of the ground surface to the maximum level of the roof of the administrative building is 14,86 m. The roof is designed with an external organized drain. Thermal protection of enclosing structures and filling elements is provided taking into account the requirements of SNiP 23-02.2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". Measures are envisaged to organize the accessibility of the building for people with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. For the veterinary corps, the adjustment of the working draft provides for: superstructure of the building on the second floor; redevelopment of the premises on the first floor in relation to the previously agreed project with the location on the ground floor of the premises: entrance group, hall, reception, security, pharmacy kiosk, surgical department, doctors' offices, sanitary facilities for staff, sanitary unit, including for wheelchair users, premises for biowaste, technical and auxiliary premises; on the second overbuilt floor - a hall with natural light through a stained-glass window in the form of a bay window and a skylight with dimensions in terms of 4,0 x 4,0 m; offices for various studies, immunochemical department, laboratory, doctors' offices, sanitary facilities, auxiliary and technical facilities; in the upper technical attic - placement of ventilation chambers; arrangement of two stairwells type L1; replacement (and installation of new) partitions made of gypsum tongue-and-groove plates with partitions made of silicate hollow blocks 85 mm thick. replacement of solid bricks in the structures of external walls with hollow bricks; replacement of the color of the facades with the construction of a "ventilated facade" with facing with porcelain tiles; installation of a roof insulated with a mineral wool slab over the rooms of ventilation chambers; installation of double-glazed windows in window blocks; insulation of the floor structure on the ground; sound insulation of floor structures of ventilation chambers, not taken into account in the original project; finishing of technical premises not taken into account in the original project; replacement of the painting surface of walls and partitions of doctors' offices, medical premises and laboratories with ceramic tiles; in doctors' offices, medical rooms, laboratories, replacement of suspended ceilings of the GKL type with PVA coloring with an Armstrong type suspended ceiling; replacement of PVA coloring in corridors, common areas with NG wallpaper; the device of an external metal staircase with platforms for access to the attic and to the roof. The height of the building from the ground level to the maximum roof level is 10,155 m. The cover is pitched, with an unorganized drain, with a cornice and canopies over the entrances. The roof is made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating. Thermal protection of enclosing structures and filling elements is provided taking into account the requirements of SNiP 23-02.2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the accessibility of the building for people with limited mobility, including wheelchair users.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

Changes have been made to the design solutions of the project in accordance with the new space-planning solutions. Administrative building: the number of storeys of the building was increased - a monolithic reinforced concrete floor was added above the second floor - a slab 180 mm thick; pile foundation changed. Bored injection piles with a diameter of 380 mm and a length of 15,2 m from the bottom of the grillage were adopted. At the base of the piles there are silty semi-solid loams with a total deformation modulus E=140 kg/cm2. The design load on the pile is 42 tf, based on the results of static sounding of soils; reinforcement of grillages in the area of ​​column support is provided; the location marks of the coating structures have been changed; an outdoor fire ladder in steel structures was developed. Veterinary Corps: the number of storeys of the building has been increased - a monolithic reinforced concrete floor has been added above the first floor: a slab 180 mm thick along beams with a section of 400x500 (h); the markings for the location of the coating structures have been changed. Verification calculations established the possibility of increasing the number of storeys of the building without changing the reinforcement of the foundation slab and basement columns. The structural scheme, sections and materials of the supporting structures of the building have not been changed.
