Architectural and space-planning solutions

The reconstructed building "Women's Consultation No. 22" is a two-story, with a basement, frame, dimensions in terms of 28,48 x 28,48 m, built in 1980 with an indent from the red line. There is a free roundabout around the building. The external existing walls of the building on the first floor are brick, above - with hinged expanded clay concrete panels lined with small-sized ceramic tiles. The working draft provides for the reconstruction of the building of the antenatal clinic, designed to provide outpatient and gynecological care to the population. The reconstruction is envisaged with the preservation of the main supporting structures, with redevelopment of the premises, an increase in the area of the medical institution by building four existing terraces on the second floor and with the replacement of outdated technological and engineering equipment with equipment that meets modern requirements. The newly erected outer walls in the open terrace construction area are designed from aerated concrete blocks 300 mm thick. The working draft provides for the installation of elements of a hinged ventilated facade with external insulation made of mineral wool boards and facing with porcelain stoneware slabs. The planning solution was designed according to the instructions of the customer. The working draft provides for the placement of technical and utility rooms in the basement: ventilation chambers, a heating point, a water metering unit, storage rooms for linen, dressing rooms for staff, sanitary facilities, pantries for clean and dirty linen, a room for a housewife. The entrance to the basement is designed along the march in the outer pit, the second one is divided within the floor from the entrance to the above-ground floors. On the ground floor, accommodation is provided for: an entrance group with a cloakroom for visitors, a reference registry and a pharmacy kiosk, a group of administrative and medical-preventive premises. On the second floor accommodation is provided for: premises and rooms for medical and preventive purposes, a conference hall for 30 seats, administrative and technical premises. Sanitary facilities are designed on each floor. All premises with permanent residence of people are designed with natural light through windows in the outer walls. Vertical movements on the floors are designed according to two existing staircases of the L1 type. The newly erected partitions are designed as plasterboard on a metal frame with filling the voids with a mineral wool slab. New elements of window fillings are designed metal-plastic with double-glazed windows. The working draft provides for the use of modern materials for interior decoration and stairwells, approved for use in accordance with sanitary and hygienic and fire safety requirements. The exits to the roof are designed from the landings of the stairwells along the metal ladders through the hatches. The roof is flat with an internal organized drain, the coating is isoplast. Thermal protection of enclosing structures and opening filling elements is designed taking into account the requirements of SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". Measures are provided for the accessibility of wheelchair users with limited mobility. A lift was designed for wheelchair users to enter the building. The space-planning solution meets the requirements of building codes and regulations and the requirements of the town-planning plan of the land plot.

Structural and space-planning solutions

In accordance with the technical conclusion based on the results of the survey of building structures of the building "Women's consultation No. 22", the existing building was built in 1980 and is classified as II category of technical condition. Building responsibility level – II. The building was built according to the frame-braced structural scheme. Building frame - prefabricated reinforced concrete columns with a section 400 x 400 mm and T-bars. Overlappings - prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow and ribbed (coupled) floorings 220 mm thick. The outer walls of the first floor are self-supporting, made of red clay bricks 510 mm thick. The walls of the building from the mark +2,550 are hinged expanded clay concrete panels with a number of damages in the form of poor-quality sealing of joints and partial destruction of the protective layer of concrete in the lower part of the slabs. The condition of the building structures is operational. Foundations - on a natural basis, columnar glass-type from monolithic reinforced concrete (under the frame columns) and tape (under external self-supporting walls) from prefabricated concrete blocks. Performed horizontal and vertical waterproofing. Defects and damage to the foundations and waterproofing have not been identified, the state is operational. In accordance with archival data of surveys carried out in 1977, the base of the foundations are silty sands of medium density saturated with water. The maximum position of groundwater is at an absolute mark of 25,40. Groundwater is slightly aggressive to concrete W4. In accordance with the survey materials and the results of verification calculations, the bearing capacity of the foundations and load-bearing elements of the building is sufficient to withstand design loads in accordance with the reconstruction of the building. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +27,46 m. The working project for the reconstruction of the building provides for: dismantling of hinged panels at the level of the second floor in the areas of the designed superstructures of the corner one-story parts of the building; extension of the vestibule in the axes B-B'/1; arrangement of platforms in the area of the main entrance in axes 2-3/1 and 4-5/1. restoration of damaged sections of the protective layer of concrete of hinged expanded clay concrete panels by shotcrete. The main load-bearing elements of the designed superstructures are corner steel posts and I-section roof beams supported by existing reinforced concrete columns and beams of the building. Covering - profiled flooring H75-750-0,8 on steel girders from channels. External designed walls - aerated concrete blocks 300 mm thick with a hinged ventilated facade. The design of the designed sites in the area of the main entrance in the axes 2-3/1 and 4-5/1 is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a fixed formwork made of profiled flooring H75-750-0,8 with a total thickness of 150 mm made of concrete B25 on steel I-beams. The main load-bearing structures of the designed vestibule are steel racks and box-section covering beams. Walls and covering - "sandwich" panels 100 mm thick. The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab, not deep, 200 mm thick, made of concrete B15, W6, F150.
