Architectural and space-planning solutions.

The designed building of the Dermatovenerological Dispensary is a separate 5-storey building with a basement and an upper technical floor. The building is rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 45,60 x 16,20 m. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the 1st floor was taken. The highest vertical height of the building from the planning ground level (minus 0,470) to the top of the parapet is 23,27 m. amenity rooms for personnel, ventilation chamber, engineering communications rooms, utility rooms. Functionally, the first floor is divided into two parts, one of which is occupied by a dispensary for children. On the first floor of the dispensary department for children, the following are designed: a vestibule, a cloakroom, a reception desk, a head nurse's office, a filter box, a waiting room, a dermatologist's office with a diagnostic room, treatment rooms, a dressing room, a laundry room and a laundry room. On the ground floor of the general purpose are designed: a lobby with a cloakroom for visitors, a reception, a lobby for staff, a security room, a personnel department, a room for receiving and issuing materials, a medical waste collection room, an electrical panel room, technical rooms, corridors, and bathrooms. On the second floor, the premises of the clinical diagnostic laboratory, technical rooms, corridors, and bathrooms are designed. On the third floor, the premises of the venereology department, technical rooms, corridors, and bathrooms are designed. On the fourth floor, the premises of the dermatological department and the department of paid services, technical rooms, corridors, and bathrooms are designed. On the fifth floor, a block of administrative premises and a block of premises of the CSO, technical premises, corridors, and bathrooms were designed. On the technical floor, rooms for ventilation chambers and an elevator machine room are designed. For evacuation and communication between floors, two stairwells L1 are designed, which have exits to the territory adjacent to the building through the vestibules. Exits to the roof are designed from each staircase. On the height differences of the roof, the installation of metal fire escapes is provided. External evacuation exits and an independent staircase to the level of the first floor were designed from the basement floor, which has access to the territory adjacent to the building through the lobby. The building provides for the installation of three elevators with a carrying capacity of 225 kg, 400 kg, 630 kg, one of which is designed to transport fire departments. The outer walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete. External enclosing walls - three-layer reinforced concrete wall panels. The walls of the stairwells are made of bricks. Partitions - special medical glazed in a metal frame according to the manufacturer's catalog, gypsum tongue-and-groove (simple and moisture resistant), brick. Window blocks - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows. Door blocks - aluminum profiles filled with double-glazed windows, metal-plastic, metal and wooden, glazed and deaf, in fire-prevention and conventional design, custom-made and according to GOSTs. Roof (covering) - combined, insulated on reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is made of rolled materials, the top layer is armored. The drain of the main roof is internal, the drain from the upper technical floor is external unorganized. Porcelain stoneware is used in the decoration and details of the facades. Prefabricated prefabricated concrete facade products are supplied with a finishing layer in the form of exposed crushed stone for painting. The interior decoration of the premises and the flooring are designed in accordance with the purpose of the premises: floors - antistatic homogeneous linoleum, porcelain stoneware, concrete, ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, TZI linoleum, panel parquet. walls - ceramic, polymer or glass tiles, porcelain stoneware, plaster and "glass" for painting with acrylate paints; ceilings - water-based paint; suspended and false ceilings - slatted, aluminum and "Armstrong" type. Measures are envisaged to ensure the accessibility of the building for the disabled and people with limited mobility. Entrances to the building are equipped with ramps. Ramps have a width of at least 1,00 m, slope - 8%, sides - 0,25 m high, fences with handrails in two levels, the coating is hard, non-slip. The dimensions of the entrance vestibule are assumed to be at least 1,50 m deep. The width of the corridors is at least 1,60 m. The floor covering is made of materials that do not allow slipping. Width of door and open openings - not less than 0,9 m.

Structural and space-planning solutions.

Building responsibility level – II. The building was designed in a bonded frame of series 1.022 KL-2 from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements manufactured by OAO PO Barrikada. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete section 4040 cm. Crossbars - prefabricated reinforced concrete tee section 45 cm high with a maximum span of 6,0 m. Stiffness diaphragms - prefabricated reinforced concrete 140 mm thick. Ceilings and roofing - from prefabricated reinforced concrete bonded solid slabs-struts and ordinary hollow flooring 220 mm thick. External enclosing walls - in the form of three-layer reinforced concrete wall panels 350 mm thick made of B25 concrete; F100 (for the outer layer). The outer walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25; W6; F100, 260 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation. Rigidity, stability and geometric immutability of the building are provided by rigid pinching of columns in the foundation, joint work of frames and stiffening diaphragms, hard disks of floors and roofing. The rigidity of the disk of floors and roofing is ensured by the installation of spacer plates along the axes of the columns, which have a welded connection with crossbars. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Elevator shafts - prefabricated reinforced concrete 120 mm thick. The walls of the stairwells are masonry with a thickness of 250 mm from hollow brick M125 on a solution of M50. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 5.30. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the LIRA 9.6 Pro software package. The foundations are taken on a pile basis. Piles - driven, immersed by the indentation method, prefabricated reinforced concrete, 15 m long, with a section of 40 × 40 cm, (abs. elevation of the bottom of the pile minus 13.30). Concrete piles B25, W6, F100. The allowable design load on the pile is 86 tf, based on the results of static sounding. Before mass piling, the bearing capacity of the piles will be checked by static tests. The project provides for control tests of piles. Grillage - in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick, made of concrete B25, W6, F100. Pairing of piles and grillage is rigid. Concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided under the grillages. At the base of the tip of the piles there are silty, plastic sandy loam, with gravel, with sand lenses, EGE 8 and EGE 9 (IL=0,53(0,16); e=0,629(0,380); E=110(180) kg/cm2 ). The project provides for coating waterproofing of concrete surfaces in contact with the ground, and the installation of near-foundation drainage. The expected design settlement of the designed building is 2,9 cm. The surrounding buildings are located at a distance of more than 28,5 m.
