The department of general practitioners includes the premises of a pharmacy and a consultation center for social services for the population. All organizations have a separate entrance from the street. A separate entrance is also organized to receive sick children in a special box. In front of the main entrance to the building, a platform with a canopy and a ramp has been arranged for visitors from the category of people with limited mobility. The building is three-story with a technical underground. It houses technical rooms, including: a water metering unit, an individual heat point, a cable entry room. The height of the technical underground is 1850mm, the height of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors is 3300mm. The foundation is reinforced concrete monolithic slab, the walls of the underground part are monolithic reinforced concrete. Bearing elements of the building - monolithic columns, walls and ceilings. As the building envelope, a curtain wall made of aerated concrete blocks "AEROC", 200 mm thick, density 400 kg / m2.5, class B 150, external insulation with rockwool slabs of the company "Rockwool" 'FACADE BATTS', 180 mm thick, density 30 kg / mXNUMX and facade plaster XNUMXmm thick, the basement of the building is finished with ceramic granite slabs.Internal walls are brick partitions, plastered on both sides.

Architectural and space-planning solutions:

The building of the department of general medical practice with built-in premises (a pharmacy kiosk and a consultation center for social services for the population (KTSSON) is designed on the site - rectangular in plan, 30,0 x 21,0 m in axes, consisting of a technical underground and 3 above-ground floors. The technical underground with a height of 1,85 m is designed to accommodate engineering equipment and lay engineering networks. On the first floor, it was designed: an entrance group of premises, treatment rooms, service and amenity premises, a group of premises for a pharmacy kiosk and a consultation center for social services for the population. The second floor is designed for: offices of medical specialists, a complex of premises for a small operating room, administrative and service premises of the GP department and the CCS. The third floor provides for the placement of offices of medical specialists, treatment rooms, office and amenity premises. The height of the above-ground floors is 3,30 m. For vertical communication between the floors, two staircases L1 are provided, which have access to the street, a cargo-passenger elevator with a capacity of 630 and a cargo-passenger elevator with a capacity of 1000 kg, designed for transportation and evacuation of the MMGN. Built-in premises have isolated entrances from the street. For access to the technical underground, isolated entrances from the street are also provided. The roof is flat, with an internal organized drain. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows and built-in micro-ventilation valves. Facade finishing:  plinth - facing with porcelain stoneware slabs; the walls of the above-ground floors - plaster over the insulation layer of facade mineral wool boards, painted with facade paints of light colors. Partitions - brick, plastered on both sides. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. The project provides for measures to ensure conditions for the life of people with limited mobility: an external open ramp has been designed for lifting to the level of the first floor, elevators for lifting visitors on stretchers and in wheelchairs, and bathrooms for the disabled. 

Structural and space-planning solutions:

The project provides for the construction of a building of monolithic reinforced concrete. The level of responsibility of the building is II, normal. The structural system of the building is mixed. At the level of the technical underground - column-wall with load-bearing outer walls. Above - column-wall, with load-bearing pylons around the perimeter of the building and stiffening cores and columns inside the building. The outer walls of the technical underground are three-layer monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm and 120 mm thick, with an inner layer of mineral wool insulation 150 mm thick. The internal walls of the technical underground are monolithic reinforced concrete, 200 mm thick. Columns with a section of 400 x 400 mm. The main grid of columns is 6,0 x 6,0 m. Pylons - with a section of 200 x 600 ÷ 200 x 3000 mm. The walls of the stair and lift units with a thickness of 200 mm form stiffening cores. Ceilings - beamless monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. In places where the slabs rest on the columns, hidden capitals are provided in the form of rigid reinforcement. The material of the technical underground structures is concrete of class B25, F150, W8, of higher structures - concrete of class B25, F75, reinforcement of class A400, A240. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of vertical elements united by floor hard disks. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and platforms. Elevator shafts - a spatial structure of steel closed pipes. External walls - non-bearing, three-layer, from aerated concrete blocks of the D400 brand, class B2,5, 200 mm thick, external insulation with mineral wool slabs 150 mm thick, and a front layer of facade plaster 30 mm thick. Plinth - facing with porcelain stoneware slabs. Fastening to load-bearing structures and connection of layers is carried out by flexible connections with anti-corrosion coating. The calculation of load-bearing structures was performed using the SCAD software package, version 11.1, in the elastic stage, taking into account joint work with the foundation. The relative mark of 0.000 is taken as the absolute mark of 22,560. The foundations were designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. The foundations are taken on a natural basis, in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 400 mm thick. Foundation material - class B25, F150, W8 concrete, class AIII reinforcement. Under the slab, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm on a soil compacted with crushed stone with a thickness of 200 mm. At the base of the foundation slab, a sand cushion 500 mm thick is arranged from medium-sized sand with layer-by-layer compaction, R = 2,0 kg/cm2, the average pressure on the base soil is 0,65 kg/cm2. The maximum draft does not exceed 1,0 cm. The foundations of the porches and ramps are tape, shallow to the depth of freezing, separated by expansion joints. In unfavorable periods of the year, the maximum level of groundwater is expected at levels close to the day surface. Groundwater is moderately aggressive in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide and slightly aggressive in terms of the hydrogen index in relation to concrete of normal permeability. The project provides for measures to protect the premises of the technical underground from groundwater: the use of low-permeability concrete, pasting insulation of the walls of the technical underground, coating insulation of the foundation slab, drainage. The normative depth of soil freezing is 1,49 m. The construction of the designed building will not have a negative impact on the surrounding buildings, located at a distance of more than 20 m.
