Architectural and space-planning solutions

The ambulance substation building is designed in two parts: an administrative 2-storey part of the building with a basement and dimensions in the axes of 19,0 (12,0) x 39,0 m (height to the top of the parapet - 8,6 m) and a one-story ( car park), which houses boxes for 6 parking spaces, with dimensions in the axes of 27,0 x 9,0 m (height to the top of the parapet - 5,23 m). In the basement of the administrative building, a water metering unit, a heating center, a storage room for fluorescent lamps and technical basement rooms are designed. On the ground floor there is a control room, a room for a mobile line crew, an outpatient room, rest rooms for doctors, paramedics, orderlies (separately for women and men), drivers and dispatchers with showers and bathrooms, a wardrobe for drivers, a room for the current supply of medicines, a room for picking and storing boxes ( bag room), a pantry for a senior paramedic, a pantry for storing medical cylinders, a pantry for storing potent agents, a pantry for cleaning equipment, rooms for drying clothes and shoes, and an electrical panel room. On the second floor, it is planned: the substation manager's room, the office of the senior paramedic, the office of the senior shift doctor, a conference room, a foyer, an archive, a supply manager's room, a supply manager's pantry, a cooking room, a meal room, a pantry for a month's supply of linen, a linen room, a pantry for dirty linen , wardrobes for work and home clothes (separately for women and men), bathrooms and showers, ventilation chamber. The roof of the 2-storey part is combined, flat with an internal drain. Coating - two layers of isoplast with gravel bedding. The roof of the car park is single-pitched, with an organized external drain. Covering - roofing thermal panels of the "sandwich" type. External walls - hinged three-layer sandwich panels 150 mm thick. Plinth and porch cladding - decorative facade stone with split texture "Splitter". Filling window openings: in the outer walls - double-glazed windows in PVC profiles, in the outer and vestibule entrance groups and external doors - single-chamber double-glazed windows. Exterior doors - made of PVC profiles, glazed, custom-made and metal. The gates of the boxes in the parking lot are hinged, automatic, insulated, manufactured by Korn. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure access for the disabled and MGN to the 1st floor of the building.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The building was designed according to the frame-and-braced structural scheme and is separated by a sedimentary seam. External walls - hinged three-layer sandwich panels 150 mm thick. Fastening to the supporting structures is carried out through a fachwerk of rectangular pipes according to GOST 30245-94. Internal walls - brick, 250 and 380 mm thick, solid brick M100 on the CPR M50. Basement walls - monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick, concrete of monolithic walls B25, W8, F150. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 115 mm thick on profiled flooring H75-750-08 as permanent formwork, concrete B25. Columns - steel according to STO ASCHM20-93. The main pitch of the columns is 3,0 - 6,0 m. Beams - steel according to STO ASCHM20-93. The main beams are an I-beam 35Sh2, secondary I-beams 23B1 according to GOST 26020-83. The covering of the administrative part of the building is similar to the floors. The parking lot was covered with roofing sandwich panels on steel beams according to STO ASChM20-93 and purlins according to GOST8240-97. The spatial rigidity and stability of the car park building is ensured by the joint work of the rigid support units of the columns, longitudinal and transverse braces, and the rigidity of the pavement disk provided by horizontal braces. The spatial rigidity and stability of the administrative part of the building is ensured by the joint work of the rigid supporting nodes of the columns, longitudinal braces, brick diaphragms of the walls of the stairwell in the transverse direction, and the rigidity of the floor and roof disks. The project provides for anti-corrosion protection of metal structures and fire protection with Neospray composition. The calculation of load-bearing structures was carried out on a computer using the SCAD 11.1 program. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. Foundations - tape on a natural basis and monolithic reinforced concrete columnar under the columns. Concrete B25,W8, F150. The average pressure on the base is not more than 14,0 tf/m2. A 100mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the foundation. The calculation of the foundation was made on a computer according to the applications to SCAD11.1. A relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to an absolute elevation +9,880 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundation is heavy silty soft-plastic loam with interlayers of sand and clay; heavy silty fluid-plastic loam, plastic sandy loam. Estimated soil resistance R is not less than 14,0 tf/m2. The maximum level of groundwater is at a depth of 0,2 m. Groundwater is slightly aggressive in terms of the content of aggressive carbon dioxide to concrete W4. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W8, the concrete surface is protected by coating waterproofing made of bitumen-polymer mastic. The waterproofing of the walls is protected by a layer of foam plastic 50 mm thick. The project provides for near-foundation drainage. The project provides for waterproofing the basement floor of the basement from bitumen-polymer mastic, sealing the joints between the foundations and the floor slab. The expected average settlement of the building is 20,0 mm. The minimum distance to the buildings of the surrounding buildings is 36 m. No impact on the surrounding buildings is expected.
