The projected building of the Emergency Department (hereinafter referred to as the EMS) is located on a site bounded by the red lines of the street and residential street of the quarter, access railway lines of industrial enterprises. The projected Ambulance Department for 20 teams is a structural subdivision of the outpatient health care institution - State Healthcare Institution "City Polyclinic". The tasks of the institution are emergency transportation to hospitals (at the request of medical institutions) of patients who need mandatory escort by medical staff and transportation on ambulances with a stretcher. The OSMP building being designed is designed to accommodate a fleet of ambulances and provide the necessary infrastructure for round-the-clock duty of medical teams.

• Responsibility class – II.
• Climatic region of construction - II, with an average outdoor temperature of the coldest day -26 ◦ C.
• Degree of fire resistance - II.
• Constructive fire hazard class - С0.
• Building structures not lower than - K0.

Architectural and space-planning solutions:

The designed building of the ambulance department is 1-3-storey, including the basement floor, of complex configuration in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 64,8x34,8 m. The level of the finished floor of the 0,000st floor is taken as a relative mark of 1. The maximum height from the planning level of the ground to the parapet is 10,95 m. In the basement at the level of -3,900, a parking lot for 20 ambulances, a room for washing stretchers, a cable, and a water meter unit are designed. There are separate emergency exits from the parking lot through three type 1 stairs with direct access to the outside. Entrance to the car park is provided through an internal closed ramp from the side of the intra-block passage. On the ground floor at the level of -1,050, a box-wash and an inspection room with independent entrances attached to the entrance to the parking lot are designed. and entrances In the main building on the ground floor, the following are designed: premises for the entrance group, premises for the operational and medical units, wardrobes with sanitary facilities and showers for employees, a block of rest rooms for ambulance drivers, an electrical panel room, and a heating center. On the second floor are designed: staff rest rooms, administrative offices, a conference room with a foyer, a staff training room, utility and technical rooms, a server room, sanitary facilities. The height of the basement floor is 3,90 m, the premises of the first floor are 2,5 m, the premises of the second floor are 2,5 m, the conference hall is 4,0 m There are six exits from the ambulance department building, of which four are evacuation exits directly outside . Evacuation from the premises of the second floor is provided for by three stairwells of the 1st type. The outer walls are multi-layered, made of solid bricks, insulated with mineral wool boards and exterior finishes according to the “ventilated facade” system and facing bricks. The basement is monolithic reinforced concrete with a facing of ceramic facing bricks. Partitions are designed of two types: from gypsum-concrete tongue-and-groove blocks and from gypsum boards. In bathrooms and technical rooms, partitions are designed from red ceramic bricks. The covering is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, non-attic, flat, insulated, the drain is internal. Roof - rolled with a protective gravel layer. The interior decoration of the premises is designed in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises, sanitary-hygienic, fire-prevention and operational requirements for its quality. Filling of window and door openings of the first and second floors - window and door blocks of individual production from PVC profile with double-glazed windows. Gates of the garage and washing boxes - metal sectional lifting with electric drive. The project documentation provides for the organization of the accessibility of the building for people with limited mobility at the level of the first floor and in the parking lot, where parking spaces for the disabled are provided. On the ground floor there is a sanitary unit with a universal cabin.

 Structural and space-planning solutions:

Building responsibility level – II (normal). The building is divided by a sedimentary seam into two blocks. The two-storey block is designed according to the combined structural scheme. At the basement level - with an incomplete frame, with load-bearing outer walls. The structural scheme of the overlying structures is frame. The frame columns are designed according to a grid of 7,2 x 7,2 m. The columns are monolithic reinforced concrete, with a section of 400 x 400 mm. Floor slabs and coatings - monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. The frame beams are monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400 x 450 (H) mm and 400 x 600 (H) mm. The outer walls of the basement are monolithic 300 mm thick, the inner walls are monolithic 200 mm thick, concrete B25, W6, F75. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and platforms. The one-story block was designed according to the cross-wall design scheme, the wall spacing is 5,4 ÷ 7,2 m. The walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 and 300 mm. The covering is made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm. The material of load-bearing structures is concrete of class B25, F75, reinforcement of class AIII and AI. External walls are designed multi-layered, of several types. Bearing walls - from monolithic reinforced concrete, a layer of mineral wool insulation 150 mm thick and an outer layer of facing bricks M150, F75 120 mm thick or a "ventilated facade" system with porcelain stoneware cladding. Non-bearing walls - with floor-by-floor support on floors, from a layer of solid brick M100, F50 250 mm thick, a layer of mineral wool insulation 150 mm thick and an outer layer of facing bricks M150, F75 120 mm thick or with porcelain stoneware cladding. The connection of the layers and the fastening of the walls to the supporting frame is carried out by flexible connections with an anti-corrosion coating. Structural solutions for fastening the ventilated facade system to the supporting structures of the building are developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of columns and stiffening diaphragms, united by hard disks of floors. The calculation of load-bearing structures and the foundation was performed using the Stark ES 2010 software package, taking into account the joint work of the building with the foundation. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 10,350. The foundations of the two-story part are piled. Piles - bored monolithic reinforced concrete with a diameter of 400 mm, a length of 14,5 m, concrete B20, W6, F100. Manufactured using Fundex technology. The design load on the pile was adopted based on the results of static sounding. The grillage is adopted in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slab made of concrete B25, W6, F75. The thickness of the slab part is taken as 200 mm, the ribs - with a section of 400 x 800 (H) mm. Pairing of piles and grillage is rigid. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the bottom of the pile is immersed in the EGE-9 soil - silty gray sandy loam with sand interlayers, plastic, E=150 kg/cm2, IL=0,24, e=0,527. The allowable design load on the pile will be verified by static testing of piles prior to mass production of piles. The expected settlement of the building is 17 mm. The foundations of the one-story part of the building are taken on a natural basis, strip, from monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B25, W6, F75. The project provides for the replacement of bulk soil at the base with sand and gravel preparation 300 mm thick. Estimated soil resistance of the base is 1,2 kg/cm2. The average pressure on the base is 0,83 kg/cm2. Under all foundations, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm. The project provides for the fencing of the territory from wire mesh on steel racks. Racks made of square pipes are rigidly fixed in the foundations, the pitch of the racks is 2,0 m. The foundations for the fence supports are made of columnar reinforced concrete of class B25, W6, F75.
