Production premises, storage premises, sanitary facilities are combined into functional and technological blocks equipped with engineering support systems. On the ground floor of the production block building there are areas for the production and packaging of bulk products with built-in blocks of dressing rooms for work clothes, as well as a built-in block of sanitary premises consisting of: dressing rooms, showers, restrooms, for workers directly involved in production, and designed taking into account groups production processes. Windows - glass-aluminum structures filled with single-chamber double-glazed windows with heat-saving glass. The warehouse block of the complex ensures the receipt, registration, sampling, storage in compliance with the required temperature and humidity conditions, raw materials and materials, as well as finished products. The block houses warehouses for raw materials and finished products, rejects and wastes, premises for a storekeeper, a control room, charging electric forklifts, sampling, personnel and materials locks, bathrooms and cleaning equipment. At the end of the building there is a room for the zone of receipt and shipment of raw materials, materials and finished products with loading tambours equipped with tambours with lifting sectional doors.

General information. A distinctive feature of the space-planning structure of the projected complex is the presence of so-called functional-technological blocks, which combine production, sanitary facilities, premises for storing products with the necessary engineering support systems. The main production is carried out in the premises of cleanliness class "D", which is regulated by the standards. "Clean room" is a complex technical structure in which the concentration of dust particles suspended in the air is regulated and a specific microclimate is maintained. In addition, the "cleanliness" of production is ensured by the use of special enclosing structures of "clean" rooms, planning solutions that exclude the possibility of crossing "dirty" and "clean" flows, the installation of air locks at the inputs of raw materials and materials, the use of special wardrobe blocks for additional dressing of personnel. In accordance with the requirements of OST 42-510-98, it is not allowed to adjoin rooms of cleanliness class "D" to external enclosing structures, rooms of a higher cleanliness class are located inside rooms of a lower class. "Clean" rooms are equipped with a sufficient number of viewing windows for visual review from the outside of the internal space of "clean" rooms. Structures of "clean" rooms of the company "For clean" or other manufacturers must have fire and hygiene certificates issued by the authorities of the Russian Federation and meet the following requirements: the use of collapsible enclosing structures of "clean" rooms with the necessary fire resistance limits; tightness of joints of elements and structures of partitions, ceilings, floors; impermeability of suspended ceilings; rounded junctions of walls and junctions of walls to the ceiling and floor; the use of materials and coatings of structures that exclude the release of pollution of all types and allow treatment with disinfectants, in addition, they must be resistant to ultraviolet radiation and antistatic; The floors of "clean" rooms must be made of wear-resistant, seamless, antistatic materials and comply with fire safety requirements. Partitions of "clean" rooms are made of metal multilayer panels 60 mm thick filled with mineral fiber, as well as fire-resistant metal panels 100 mm thick filled with mineral fiber of higher density. Panels with a thickness of 18 mm are used as cladding. In panels with a thickness of 60 mm, if necessary, mounting panels with bushings for electrical wiring are provided. At the top, the individual panels are connected to each other with a "U" - shaped profile, and with the help of rods are fixed into a supporting structure for a false ceiling. Pipelines are laid in special mounting panels. To extract the air in the premises, channels with holes are provided in which grilles are installed. Channels formed by metal panels above the ceiling end with sheet steel profiles for connecting air ducts. In rooms, internal corners are provided with aluminum fabion (rounded) vertical profiles, including corners, for a smooth connection of three fabions at the floor and ceiling. Metal partitions are protected from impacts with the help of fences and other protective elements fixed to the partitions. Metal partitions are mounted only after the installation of all floors. At the end of the installation, all seams of partitions and suspended ceilings are sealed with silicone mastic, metal elements are connected and connected to the object's ground. Fire doors filled with mineral fiber, smooth, with a solid leaf, single-leaf and double-leaf, with a door leaf thickness of 52 mm, are installed in metal fire partitions. Doors for other metal partitions are provided with mineral fiber filling, smooth, with a solid leaf, or half-glazed, single-leaf and double-leaf. All doors in metal partitions are sealed and a retractable floor plinth is installed. Stops are attached to the floor to prevent excessive opening of the door. Doors with a solid leaf are installed in personal gateways, a mirror is installed on the front door to "clean" rooms. The doors to the locks are equipped with a door status alarm. Doors with continuous glazing and alarms are provided for cargo locks. Windows in "pharma" version are installed in metal panels. In "clean" rooms above the entire installation of "clean" zones, light metal, cassette ceilings with ceiling cassettes 625x625 mm, with built-in fluorescent indoor lamps and HEPA filters are provided. False ceiling metal cassettes are fastened in self-clamping suspension profiles by snapping them in, their surface is finished on the front side. This fastening provides the dismantling of any cassette and access to the space behind the false ceiling. Fabions made of aluminum profiles are provided for connecting partitions with a suspended ceiling. Floors in "clean" areas - dust-free, resistant to mechanical stress, to treatment with weak solutions of acids, alkalis and hydrogen peroxide, antistatic. Floor coverings are accepted depending on the purpose of the premises: bulk based on epoxy resins and seamless smooth PVC coating. The class of the concrete screed of the coating is not less than B25. Machine grinding is performed over the entire area of ​​​​the screed. The final layer is laid after the installation of metal partitions.
