The ambulance department includes a dispatcher service, an outpatient reception room, ancillary facilities for personnel and a closed one-story car park for six parking spaces built-in and attached to the west side. For the staff of the clinic there are dressing rooms, rest rooms, sanitary facilities. Storage rooms for cleaning equipment are designed on each floor. Evacuation from the building of the polyclinic and communication between the floors is provided for by stairwells of type L1. Five elevators with a carrying capacity have been designed: two of them are 1000 kg each and three are 630 kg each. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks filled with double-glazed windows. In the pool room - stained-glass windows with double-glazed windows with energy-saving glass. External doors at the main entrance to the building are aluminum stained-glass doors filled with single-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows, the rest are metal insulated. Internal doors: to doctors' offices - from PVC profile, glazed with frosted glass, in technical rooms - deaf metal. In administrative premises, doctors' offices, halls and corridors, false ceilings of the "Armstrong" KM1 type are designed. The interior decoration of the premises is provided in accordance with their functional purpose from materials that have hygienic and fire certificates of conformity for use. Partitions - brick, from tongue-and-groove slabs and plasterboard on a metal frame filled with mineral wool, depending on the purpose of the premises. The roof is flat low-slope, combined with an internal drain. Roofing - from rolled materials with an upper protective layer of gravel. Access to the roof is provided from the staircase through the superstructure. A fence is provided along the perimeter of the roof. Finishing of facades: basement part of the building - facing with ceramic granite; facade wall decoration - ventilated facade with insulation and cladding with porcelain stoneware slabs. Canopies are provided above the entrances to the building. The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the accessibility of the building for people with limited mobility: parking spaces for disabled people are provided on the territory of the clinic, and ramps are designed at external entrances. Elevators with cabin dimensions of at least 1,0 x 2,1 m are provided. Sanitary facilities are designed on each floor with plan dimensions of at least 1,8 x 1,65 m. Entrance doors, vestibules and on escape routes are designed with a width of at least 0,90 .XNUMX m

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The building is divided by expansion (temperature) seams into 3 blocks. The building was designed according to the wall structural scheme with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse brick walls. In axes 6-14 / E-K on 1, 2 and in the basement - an incomplete reinforced concrete frame. The outer walls of the basement floor are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 350 mm thick, the inner walls are 250 mm thick made of concrete class B25, W6, F100. External and internal load-bearing walls - brick, 380 mm thick, made of ceramic brick KORPO 1nf / 150 / 2.0 / 100 on mortar M100. The walls are designed with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs. From the outside, the walls are insulated as part of a ventilated facade. The columns are monolithic reinforced concrete, with a section of 400 x 400 mm and a diameter of 400 mm. Column pitch 4,5 x 3 and 4,5 x 6 m. Concrete B25. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick. Concrete floor slabs B25. The coating is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick and hollow-core slabs of formless molding 400 mm thick (manufactured by OAO PO Barrikada). Concrete of monolithic slabs of B25 coating. Partitions - brick, 120 mm thick, made of Ml00 brand brick on Ml00 mortar. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is provided by a system of longitudinal and transverse walls, united by floor disks. The calculation of load-bearing structures and foundations was carried out on a computer using the Lira 9.6 program and manually using the SNiP formulas. The bowl of the pool is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Pool walls - 300 mm thick. Pool bottom slab - 200 mm thick, supported on columns through reinforced concrete beams. Beams - section 400 x 400 mm. Concrete B25, W8, F100. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. Foundations - pile. Piles - bored with a diameter of 450 mm, length ~ 20 m and ~ 16 m. Grillage - columnar under the frame columns and tape under the walls. The grillages are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete B25, W6, F100. The connection between piles and grillage is rigid. Concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided under the grillages. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 5.75. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundation of the piles is sandy plastic sandy loam with IL= 0,45, cp=27°, E = 105 kg/cm, light silty loamy solid with IL= -0,04, cp = 27 °, Е = 145 kg/cm2, light silty solid loams with IL= -0,02, av=21°, Е = 140 kg/cm2. The allowable design load on the pile is assumed to be 100 tf (and 73 tf) based on the results of static sounding. Forces in piles do not exceed 105 tf (76 tf). Before mass pile driving, the bearing capacity of the piles will be checked by static tests. After driving the piles, control tests of the piles will be carried out. The maximum groundwater level is near the daylight surface. Groundwater is non-aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, concrete grade W6 was used. The project provides for the installation of glued waterproofing. The expected average settlement of the building is not more than 1,6 cm.
