Architectural solutions

The planned polyclinic building for 600 visits per shift is a four-story building. The outer walls are made of front effective brick, the first floor is lined with decorative stone of the "splitter" type. The constructive scheme is frame-monolithic. The building has a basement and a technical floor. Floor height - 3.6 m., basement floor height - 3.0 m., technical height. floors - 2.5m. The ambulance department is located on the 1st and 2nd floors and occupies part of these floors from the courtyard facade and has its own two separate exits. At the level of the 1st and 3rd floors, the buildings are interconnected through an elevator-stair block with a service entrance, an elevator hall and two passenger elevators with a carrying capacity of 630 kg (with an enlarged cabin) and 400 kg. There are also laundry lifts with a load capacity of up to 100 kg. On the first floor, there is a squeeze elevator from the entrance vestibule to the floor of the 1st floor for the disabled. Doors of lift shafts have dimensions of 1000x2000 mm and 900x2000 mm with telescopic opening. The project provides for 2 evacuation exits from the part of the building where the ambulance department is located, and 2 exits from the part of the building where the polyclinic is located. Evacuation is carried out through stairwells of the 1st type, which have direct access to the outside. There are two separate exits from the basement directly to the outside. Access to the roof is provided from two stairs of the 1st type. The electrical room and the storage room for gas cylinders are located on the 1st floor and have their own separate exits. The main entrance has a ramp for easy access to the building for wheelchair users. The main façade of the polyclinic building is supposed to be made of front brick with finishing elements - cornices, pilasters, arches, rustication. The main composition of the main façade is a three-dimensional stained-glass window in the center of the façade, illuminating the lobby of the main entrance and floor halls. Stained-glass windows illuminating the stairwells and stained-glass windows illuminating the pool hall also participate in the overall composition of the main facade and create a feeling of lightness and transparency of the building as a whole. The transparent canopy above the main entrance also supports the theme of lightness and transparency of the main facade. The color scheme is warm pastel colors. The main color is pale yellow. Color of finishing elements - white. The second color of the walls and finishing elements (rusts, cornices, vertical walls between windows, technical floor) is light brown. In the planned building of the clinic, to protect against external noise, it is planned to fill window openings with metal-plastic windows with double-glazed windows. Reducing the internal noise level is provided by the installation of suspended ceilings. External walls thickness.

Basic design solutions

Based on the data of engineering and geological surveys, it is planned to build the foundations of the polyclinic building on a natural basis, which is lacustrine-glacial sandy loam, sands and loams EGE 1, 2, 3 a. For the survey period, groundwater levels were established at a depth of 2,3 ^ 3,2 m from the earth's surface. Groundwater is slightly aggressive to W4 concrete in terms of hydrogen index and bicarbonate hardness. The foundations of the building are designed as a solid foundation slab without expansion joints and shrinkage joints on a natural foundation. In accordance with the design assignment and in connection with the possible engagement of CJSC Gatchinsky SSK as a construction contractor, the project used prefabricated industrial structures manufactured by CJSC GSSK, as well as technical solutions used by the plant in the construction of residential and public buildings (based on the nomenclature and typical mounting parts 1.090.0-1). This series provides for a constructive scheme of buildings with transverse and longitudinal internal and external load-bearing walls. GSSK reinforced concrete products meet the regulatory requirements for strength characteristics and fire resistance in accordance with fire safety requirements. This is confirmed by the conclusion of the design bureau. A. A. Yakushev of the Gosstroy of Russia and the Conclusion of the Federal State Institution Research Institute of Fire Defense 2069.06.03-05. The stability of the building and its spatial rigidity are ensured by the joint work of transverse and longitudinal load-bearing walls and unchanging horizontal floor disks.
