General information about the project

The polyclinic for 100 visits per day is a two-story building made of facing sand-lime bricks with a basement on 1/2 of the building. The dimensions of the polyclinic in the plan along the center axes are 42x15.22m. The height of the above ground floors is 3,300 m and 3,500 m. The height of the basement is 3,0 m. In the building of the polyclinic, the mark of the clean floor level is taken as a conditional mark of 0,000, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 81,25 m. According to the project, in this building, the premises of engineering systems are located in the basement. On the ground floor of the polyclinic there is a children's department with doctors' offices, a reception desk, a treatment room and test rooms. On the second floor there is an adult department with doctors' offices, day care wards, and a physiotherapy department. The total area of the building is 1292,9 sq.m. One water supply inlet is designed into the building with the installation of a water meter unit. The utility and drinking water supply network is designed as a dead-end. The main networks and water supply risers are designed from galvanized steel water and gas pipes according to GOST 3262-75 * with a diameter of 15-32 mm, in bathrooms from polypropylene pipes according to GOST R 52134-2003 "Pipes made of thermoplastics and connecting parts to them for water supply and heating systems." The networks provide for the installation of the necessary shut-off and control, water fittings, drain valves (for emptying the system at the lowest points of the building). For highways and risers of the B1 system, thermal insulation is provided in accordance with clause 9.12 of SNiP 2.04.01-85 * with a thickness of 6-9 mm. External water supply networks are provided from pipes PE100 SDR17 110x6,6 and 50x3,8 in accordance with GOST 18599-01. External fire extinguishing is provided from the designed fire hydrant. The location of the hydrant provides fire extinguishing at any point of the building with one jet. The source of heat supply is external heating networks from the existing thermal power plant with heat carrier parameters T1=95 degrees C, T2=70 degrees C. The connection of the heating and heat supply system is made through the projected heating point. The project provides for the connection to heating networks of heating systems, ventilation of a healthcare facility (polyclinic), ensuring a given temperature schedule in systems and accounting for consumed thermal energy. The heating and ventilation systems of the polyclinic building were connected according to a dependent scheme with the installation of mixing pumps from the GRUNDFOS company. Maintaining the temperature graph in the heating system is performed by the VB control valve, controlled by the DANFOSS controller and providing a change in water temperature depending on the outside temperature. Heat accounting for the polyclinic building is based on the PREM heat calculator with the installation of flow converters. Network water pipelines are provided from steel electric-welded pipes in accordance with GOST 10704-91 gr.V article 10, hot water supply pipelines from steel water and gas pipes in accordance with GOST 3262-75 *. Anti-corrosion coating of pipelines - paint BT-177 in two layers on the primer GF-021. Thermal insulation of pipelines is provided - foamed synthetic rubber K-FLEX ECO. The heating network from the UT3 connection point to the clinic is laid underground in impassable channels made of steel pipes with thermal insulation made of polyurethane foam in a polyethylene sheath St 89x3,5 (8732) -1-PPU-PE in accordance with GOST 30732-2006. Pipeline diameters are taken in accordance with the calculated heat loads. DHW networks from the connection point TK9 to the clinic are laid underground in impassable channels made of steel pipes with thermal insulation made of polyurethane foam in a polyethylene sheath St 57x3,0 (8732) -1-PPU-PE in accordance with GOST 30732-2006. The engineering equipment control system installed in the polyclinic building is designed to create and maintain a comfortable environment that contributes to the effective activity of people in the building. The power supply of the clinic is carried out according to the radial scheme from different sections of the switchgear 0,4 kV RP-32, PS220/110/10/6 kV. From RU-0,4kV to VRU1, two mutually redundant cable lines are laid. The VRU-AVR device is connected to the inputs of cable lines up to the VRU1 switches. Consumers of the I category of power supply are provided with power by a radial scheme from the ASU-AVR. The supply networks are made with AVBbShv-1,0 brand cable with a cross section of 2 (4x120 sq. mm), laid in trenches along the street and in trays along the basement.
