The building of a residential building for the elderly is located within the allocated area, has a complex shape and a variable number of storeys, due to functional zoning and the interconnection of departments. The general plan of the site, the technological interconnections of the internal processes of the boarding house, the level and nature of sanitary and hygienic requirements influenced the creation of the general compositional scheme of the building and the choice of the optimal space-planning solution. The building consists of 3 blocks. Block 1 houses administrative premises, medical care premises, a reception and quarantine unit, isolation wards, a canteen and premises for cultural events, medical and labor workshops. Floors - 3 floors. On the ground floor, an entrance group of premises, a reception and quarantine block for monitoring guests entering the boarding house, a canteen with auxiliary premises, service and amenity premises, a hairdresser's, a mourning room, auxiliary and amenity premises, stair-elevator units were designed. On the second floor there are: Premises of the isolation ward with two wards for 2 beds and two wards for 1 bed, medical service rooms, a gym for physiotherapy exercises, an auditorium with a stage and artistic rooms, rooms for circle classes, sanitary facilities. On the third floor there are: Premises for medical care, rooms for temporary accommodation of guests, medical and labor workshops, administration premises. In blocks 2 and 3 there are residential groups with auxiliary premises. Floors - 2 floors. Block 2: 2 residential groups 1st group - 1st floor, 2nd group - 2nd floor. On the ground floor there are vestibule groups of premises for the exit of residents to the courtyard, type 1 (4 pcs. each for 5 people = 20 people): a living cell (block) consisting of two living rooms for 2 and 3 people, a common living room, from which access to the loggia is provided, an entrance hall with an area of ​​at least 4,0 m². Each living room (double or triple) has its own bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. Type 2: a cell (block) consisting of a living room for 2 people, an entrance hall with an area of ​​at least 4,0 m², a bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet bowl, shower. From the room there is an exit to the loggia (6 pcs. x 2 people = 12 people). Type 3: a cell (block) consisting of a living room for 3 people, an entrance hall with an area of ​​at least 4,0 m², a bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, shower. From the room there is an exit to the loggia (6 pcs. x 3 people = 18 people). For cells of type 2 and 3, in which 30 people live, 5 separate living rooms are provided. Each living room is designed for 6 people. Each residential cell (2-bed or 3-bed) has its own bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet bowl, shower. For cultural and mass leisure there are three spacious halls for group meetings. These premises should provide the disabled and the elderly with full-fledged leisure and recreational activities, depending on their state of health, age needs and personal inclinations. In the residential group there is a nurse's sanitary post, a staff room, a room for cleaning equipment, a sanitary room, a laundry room, a room for drying clothes, a room for drying clothes and shoes, a treatment room and a room for a nurse on duty. In the 2nd group (2nd floor) the premises are similar. On the second floor, near the elevators, a safe zone is provided, in which, in the event of a fire, MGNs can be located until the arrival of rescue units. A skylight is provided in the overlap of the safe zone, thanks to which the room has natural light.
