Main design decisions

Roads

The project documentation provides for the construction of an additional lane for public transport with the construction of a new road structure. The choice of pavement design is based on the materials presented in the standard album A-385-88 "Design of pavement" and on the basis of a certificate of existing structural layers of pavement. The design documentation provides for the following design of pavement in the carriageway: Asphalt concrete fine-grained dense type A (gabbro) MI, GOST 9128-97 * - 5 cm on a pre-milled asphalt concrete coating to an average depth of 5 cm along the street from the even and odd sides. At the border of the new and existing road structures along the roadway, the Hatellit geogrid is planned to be laid between the first and second layers of asphalt concrete to prevent cracks at the joints of the structures. In places, the installation of an additional lane for public transport provides for the installation of side stone GP1 and the construction of the roadway: fine-grained dense asphalt concrete type A (gabbro) MI, GOST 9128-97* - 5 cm; coarse-grained porous asphalt concrete MI, GOST 9128-97* - 7 cm; coarse-grained porous asphalt concrete MI, GOST 9128-97* - 8 cm; crushed stone brand 800 fr. 40-70 mm, laid according to the wedge method, GOST 8267-93 * -26 cm; fine sand of class I, GOST 8736-93 * - 55 cm. Landing pad design: dense sandy asphalt concrete type Г МII GOST 9128-97* - 3,5 cm; highly porous sandy asphalt concrete МII GOST 9128-97* - 4 cm; crushed stone M 800 fr. 40-70 mm, GOST 8267-93 * - 15 cm; fine sand, class 1, GOST 8736-93 * - 20 cm. The design of the restored printed coating: crushed stone fr.5-10 mm, laid according to the wedge method, GOST 8267-95 * - 4 cm; crushed stone fr.20-40 mm, laid according to the wedge method, GOST 8267-95 * -15 cm; fine sand, class 1, GOST 8736-93 GOST 8736-93 * - 20 cm.

Improvement

The lawn adjacent to the landing site, damaged during the work, is restored to a width of 2 meters with a layer of vegetative earth 15 cm thick with sowing seeds of lawn grasses. The area of ​​the restored lawn is 86 m2. In accordance with the scheme for the construction of a landing site for public transport stops on the street, a stop is arranged by eliminating the lawn and stuffed cover. The area of ​​the liquidated lawn for the landing area is 106 m2. The area of ​​the liquidated printed coating is 422 m2.

Engineering equipment, utility networks, engineering activities

The project documentation provides for the removal of the existing water pipeline D = 355 mm from under the development patch. Project code: RP-02/2009. Scope of work: removal of the existing cast-iron water pipeline D = 325 mm from polyethylene pipes PE-100 D = 355 mm - 41,3 pm from under the projected curbstone with the installation of a Hawle wellless gate valve; adjustment of covers of existing wells; reconstruction of the existing outlet from Vuz-2 to the existing well No. 178 from polyethylene pipes PE-100 D = 110 mm - 2,8 pm; replacement of hatches with sets with "floating type" hatches; reconstruction of storm water well No. 176. Pipe laying depth - 2,0 m. The project documentation within the boundaries of the overhaul works provides for measures to protect the medium-pressure gas pipeline DN150 mm: checking the condition of the insulating coating of the gas pipeline by the instrumental method; checking the condition of the metal of gas pipeline pipes using the instrumental method. Design solutions for the arrangement and backfilling of pits for the performance of work are made taking into account: engineering and geological surveys; measures to ensure the safety of existing communications; a complex of works on the overhaul of the facility. The project documentation provides for the reconstruction of outdoor lighting: replacement of ZhKU-400 lamps - 2 pcs. to new ones, in connection with the replacement of existing GET supports. Power supply is designed from the existing network, power point - from TP3702. The design load after the reconstruction does not change. Connection of fixtures is designed with wire SIP2A3x35+1x50 - 0,290 km. Power supply reliability category - III. The project documentation for the reconstruction of the tram contact network provides for the replacement of the overhead system of the contact wire. It is envisaged: replacement of 2 supports of the contact network falling into the construction zone of landing sites for public transport with new ones, outside the boundaries of construction; replacement of the suspension system of the contact wire with a new one.
